Clean, convenient and very comfortable

We are a family of two adults and two young children. We stayed at the property for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The house was very modern and super clean. Check in process was very easy and property manager was very responsive. House is located near the Main Street of Barwon heads and a short walk. Great property and very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful family friendly space in a great spot.

We had such a great experience from start to finish. Annie was great to communicate with and the house was perfect for our three families. The fully enclosed yards were wonderful for peace of mind with two toddlers and the layout meant that we could keep an eye on them easily. The living space was really comfortable and easily accommodated our group of eight. We enjoyed the breakfast bar and alfresco area for meals and the couches were ridiculously comfy. The place was impeccably clean and tidy and the beds wonderfully soft. The kitchen was well fitted out. We did miss an espresso machine, but otherwise we had everything we needed. The couple without kids appreciated having the privacy of a bedroom with an ensuite, which was separate from the family bedrooms. All in all, a perfect holiday. We agreed to come back every year when we can. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Covid stay 🙂

In one word brilliant. Only one slight plumbing issue , which was resolved quickly (solar water pump) Layout of the home is clever, with all furnishings and products high end. We arrived with all our food provisions and we were amazed by the family kitchen. Annie was highly professional and engaging. Thank you. We hope to book again .

Lovely light, spacious and well laid out house, spotlessly clean, central location, great facilities, bathrooms and fab big kitchen with lots of cupboards, courtyard with BBQ. Heating unit a bit noisey in master, but fine once turned off at night. Very comfortable beds, crisp linens, no complaints. We had a fantastic stay, very relaxing:)
