All in all, a great place to stay for a group trip. Clean, well positioned, very comfortable and flexible with bedding arrangements. And Sarah was always clear with check-in and communication stuff. Highly recommend

Great spot. Nice big house. Perfect for 2 families. Easy walk to shops and beach. Great location for bikes. Covered outdoor area with bbq is perfect for catering at the house. Highly recommend.

Great property, family friendly

We loved our stay here and will be back. Sarah was a wonderful host who was in touch prior to our stay to understand what we might need and was super helpful. We loved the bright, airy property and its proximity to the beach and the shops.

Wonderful Property

Thank you to Sarah for all her communication leading up to our stay. We had a wonder weekend and the property was just perfect for our family. Great location and wonderful facilities for a family with young kids to stay at. We will be back for sure.

Boys Weekend Away

We had an amazing time staying at the property. The property was well set out with great facilities and plenty of space for boys to chill out. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Barwon Heads. The Host Sarah was amazing to deal with also.

Sarah provided very clear advice and the house was perfect , clean and well set up, for our family get together. It was close enough to the beach and shops so we could walk if we wished. The outdoor area was spacious and safe for the children to play. Barwon Heads is a wonderful place, with a variety of shops and places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Being so close to the Queenscliffe ferry terminal made getting there very quick and easy.

Spacious and well equipped.

Looked good and on arrival, even better. Very spacious, clean and well-equipped with just about everything you would need. Owner Sarah very helpful. Great for family get-togethers.

The top deck was good I was told. I couldnt climb the stairs and find it was a pity the kitchen wasnt down stairs. Enjoyed staying at Barwon Heads

Sarah’s Place

Weekend spent at Sarah’s place - 6 girlfriends. Sarah’s house is a great design, well set up with everything you would require. Place is in a brilliant location to walk to the shops, river and lots of cafes. House was immaculately clean, would definitely stay again. Thank you Sarah

We are a party of 10, covering 3 generations. We had a wonderful time. The house was excellent, with heaps of crockery, utensils and glasses. The stove and barbeque were large and easy to use with excellent results. The garden is fully fenced and neat. Sarah was excellent and dealt with our trivial booking queries with patience and grace. Sarah was kind enough to post a pair of lost reading glasses.We can highly recommend this home and have already booked again.

Barwon paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of sleeping options. The double bunk room is great for the kids to all pile in one room. And having alternate bedding options in the other rooms is great too. The house is very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished and presented. Great spot, not far from town, but quiet. Easy walk to the river. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you Sarah

Fantastic Family Accommodation

We stayed for 1 week early January. Our group was made up of Grand Parents, 2 adult sons and partners with their children aged 3, 2 and 2 7month old babies.The house is large, modern and comfortable, with lots of indoor and outdoor space for toddlers to run around.It is extremely well stocked with everything you need for family life. There were great toys games and books for the kids and adults.It is an easy walk to the beach and Main Street. Sarah is a fantastic host, always quick to answer questions and provide anything you need. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back again.

Great holiday

This property was perfect for an extended family. Lots of space for the children to play. They especially loved the trampoline. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable.

Family getaway

This was the perfect property to spend with family for the weekend. Spacious, clean, large bedrooms & very comfortable beds & bedding. Fabulous kitchen setup with all that we could have needed. Large well kept garden for the kids to play. Excellent location to walk to shops & cafes. Despite being on a main road, the house was incredibly well insulated so we were not disturbed by traffic noise. We all loved staying in Theo’s beautiful home.

Just perfect

From the minute we walked in the door we were relaxed. The most divine, warm, inviting house that had everything we needed for a girls weekend away. It is in the perfect location, a short stroll from the shops. The beds were amazingly comfortable, it had everything we could think of in the kitchen and lots of places to kick back and relax.
