Pictures do not do this property justice

Fabulous VRBO - I have had hit or miss with VRBO, but this property and its owner are the cream of the crop. Absolutely beautiful and spacious living spaces including outdoor patio and upstairs on the deck to view the stars. Kitchen is incredibly well equipped with enough plates to serve a dinner party of at least twelve and pots, pans and utensils as if you were cooking at home. Our host was extremely communicative and helpfull and even alterted me and sent back a portable vacuum we left behind.Hands down the best rental ever!

Beautiful and relaxing property.

This house is beautifully designed and decorated. The patio, deck and hot tub looking out over the wash was amazing. The house is well stocked and had the nice touch of breakfast ingredients waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Spontaneous Weekend Getaway!

Beautiful home with lots of space and amenities. No shortage of ways to enjoy the space indoors and outdoors. We spent a lot of our time on the balcony enjoying the fresh air/views, cooked a lovely dinner in their beautiful kitchen, and relaxed at the end of the day in the hot tub. We'll absolutely be keeping this on our list of places to stay on our future Sedona trips!

Entering the home we were greeted with the calm sounds of the meditation garden. The home smelled fresh and clean and was perfect for our sister trip! The hot tub was the best after hiking and riding horses all day! The breakfast food supplied was the bonus!! Wild life was spotted in the back yard as well as the yaks of coyote!! It was the best and completely thrilling to hear!! The pictures in the add do the house no justice as it is pristine! The only thing misleading was the pictures made it seem as if the neighbors were much further away to the home; they are not, the homes are pretty close to one another but the neighborhood was very quiet and serene. Great home about 20 min from the heart of Sedona!! We would stay here again!!

Somewhat Disappointed

VRBO calls this a 2 bedroom and that was my search criteria. It is a 1 1/2 bath. Fortunately, the owner let us use the master bath in her portion of the house. The hot tub was very enjoyable after trail riding all day. The fees are exorbitant and for a cleaning fee of $274 I would expect clean floors. I ruined a pair of socks before realizing this. Toilets had a ring in them. There are 3 coffee makers but only 1 Nepresso was functional. The tub and a sink drain were very slow to drain. I'm not sure why I would have to pay a damage protection fee if I didn't cause any damage. For some reason the bedrooms got warm at night. We opened the doors to the hallway to try to cool down. Also, when it rained the porch roof leaked enough that we couldn't use it. The house is in a nice setting and a great location. The driveway worked for us but would have been a problem if the owner had been staying on site. If I am going to pay 5 star prices I would expect a 5 star property.

Hi Mark, thanks for your review. After going over your feedback with the homeowner, we wanted to address the following: - Unfortunately, Vrbo doesn't tally half bathrooms; instead, they round up. However, if you read the listing, you will see that we state that this property has 2-bed and 1.5-bath. - The owner went above and beyond to accommodate your needs and opened the private area of the home for your group so that you could have a second full bathroom. - All taxes and fees are clearly outlined at check-out before guests need to confirm payment. - The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each guest's stay. When your group arrived two and a half hours before the check-in time, the property was still being prepared. The owner also had to clean the additional bathroom that typically is not for guest use. Feeling pressed for time since you were already at the house, they did not run drain cleaner in the sinks. - There are two Keurig coffee brewers, and both are in good working order. The owner has added instructions on the brewer so future guests will not have the same issue. - The deck has two pergola areas for shading, slotted not solid structures, therefore they're not leaking. The owner has added corrugated sun shield plastic on top of the pergola to aid in protecting the furniture below. - The driveway is very generous in size and supported your (2) four-wheel drive trucks and a full-sized trailer for hauling a recreational Jeep. The owner will continue to do all they can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!

Staying in a home with the owner is strange

It pains me to write the words I'm going to write because the owners of this property are over-the-top nice and accommodating, but I think there needs to be a clarification in the property listing so that renters are aware of the actual situation. The property is gorgeous and the kitchen is fantastic. It would have been the perfect home for our vacation (adults upstairs, kids downstairs), if the owner wasn't in the master bedroom during the entirety of our stay. The owner is NOT in a "separate unit," unless you consider a key lock on the master bedroom a separate unit. It was rather awkward to bump into the owner in the courtyard in the mornings when he would take the dogs out and to see him on his patio through the giant windows that don't have coverings. We felt like we had be unusually quiet as to not disturb him and we didn't feel like we had full use of the home because of it. Also, the adult couple had to share a bathroom with the children because the master was in use by the owner. We had 8 people (2 adults/6 kids as allowed in the listing) and 2 dogs crammed into the basement with one bathroom because we didn't have full use of the home (the garage is also off-limits, FYI). It's also important to note that two of sleeping areas don't have A/C (laundry room/office). The kids that slept in those rooms were really hot so you may want to bring fans. There were a couple of other discrepancies that should be noted. The property also manager tried to charge us a "pet fee" that was 3x the amount for a "pet deposit" stated in the listing (never received the deposit back). I had to prove that this wasn't correct. Also, the cleaning fee is pretty hefty and higher than normal, yet the kitchen trash was half full and food was left in the toaster. We probably could have overlooked those items, but since I'm writing this, it's important to note. If you don't mind sharing the home with the owner, this is a great option. But, be aware: it is most definitely a shared home - not a standalone property and it would be helpful if it was listed correctly.

We have relayed your feedback to the homeowner, and we'd like to share the following: -We do note in the listing that the owner lives on-site, and may be present during your stay. -The owner's quarters are a separate unit, but not a separate structure. We will be looking at changing the listing description to more accurately reflect this. We apologize that this caught you off-guard. -The pet fees and cleaning fees are detailed upon check-out. When the pet fee wasn't paid upon booking, the owner kindly asked that this be paid upon check-in. These are standard rates across vacation rentals, and it is non-refundable. -The laundry room has a vent and A/C, and the office has a provided fan. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review!

Our quick little trip

Although it was a short stay (too short) we had a great time. This place was absolutely beautiful and Bobby was such a great host. I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Sedona. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional Location

The location is great, right next to many great hiking and sightseeing places. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the professional kitchen and the porch, as well as the hot tube.

We loved staying at the property. Very close to Bell Rock, Courthouse, Cathedral and other local attractions. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. We did the chef cooked meal which was excellent. Beautiful home, well decorated, well stocked. Strongly recommend!

Bobbi Jo & Razz gave us a personal intro which was great. We loved the eclectic style & art work & it was so comfortable. The multi levels & patios are also great for privacy to work. Since Razz is a chef the kitchen is a dream to work in and has everything! This house does not disappoint. Enjoy!

Beautiful property perfect for family reunion

Thank you Raz!! This home is stunning and was perfect for our large extended family which included five adults and three kids under six and two dogs. Raz Was on site and super helpful and told us some good local places to go. His home is beautiful and the hot tub was really nice as well as the neighborhood and grounds. Views are great and everything about the house was thoughtful and perfect. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Beautiful Home Perfectly Located In Sedona

We have loved our 3 night stay in Razz & Bobbi Jo's Sedona home. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and also informed about all the nearby trails that we got to enjoy every day of our stay! They also were nice enough to supply the house with some additional food/wine and other beverages for us to enjoy during our stay. We cant wait to visit again on our next Sedona getaway.

Spectacular House & Location

The house is warm, friendly, inviting & a spectacular location. The host has thought of every detail to make a visit to remember, coffee, lattes, & expresso. We were so busy we didn’t get to the hot tub, next trip. A chef for dinner option, do it, over the moon. He’s entertaining, charming, & cooks a meal to die for...& we’re picky. Perfection!

This rental was perfect for our needs! The main floor kitchen, dining and living areas were very well appointed. The host even supplied us with breakfast fixings, wine and snacks! The lower level bedrooms, bath, TV and laundry were beautifully decorated yet comfortable. The stocked beverage center on the lower level was fantastic! There were plenty of board and card games and wonderful views to enjoy. The outside seating was wonderful. I traveled to Sedona to retreat for a few days before my family joined me. The hosts provided me privacy while being available when I needed anything. Perfection!
