Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme à proximité de la plage de Shelly (1, 1 km en voiture et 600 m à pied) et à seulement 4 km du centre de la ville, un endroit idéal pour se détendre, revenir en arriÚre et se ressourcer.

DÚs que vous franchissez la porte, cette charmante maison décorée avec goût vous procure une sensation de détente trÚs confortable.

La propriété se compose de 3 chambres avec un lit queen dans la chambre principale avec salle de bains, un lit queen dans la 2Úme chambre et 2 lits simples dans la 3Úme chambre avec tous les draps fournis.

Le salon confortable dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision, d'un lecteur DVD et d'un poĂȘle Ă  bois pour profiter des mois les plus frais et de la climatisation pour les mois les plus chauds. Salle Ă  manger sĂ©parĂ©e qui mĂšne Ă  la cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes, et donne sur la cour arriĂšre fermĂ©e.

À l'arriĂšre, il y a un grand espace extĂ©rieur couvert avec barbecue et dĂ©cor extĂ©rieur, oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre et prendre un verre et un repas l'aprĂšs-midi.

Il y a une cour arriÚre entiÚrement fermée qui est parfaite pour votre chien bien-aimé.

La propriété dispose également d'une buanderie avec lave-linge et d'un local de rangement suffisamment grand pour stocker en toute sécurité vos planches de surf, etc.

Il y a une caution remboursable de 500 $ pour cette propriété.

Private quiet and very pet friendly

A very comfortable stay with all the conveniences of a fenced yard and more. Jazzi and I had a great stay and found Elders communications reliable and prompt. Highly recommended for pet lovers looking for a quiet stay to stay. Thank you.

Spotlessly clean

We stayed here for a second time. It is anbsol spotless. Some other places we have stayed have not been the cleanest and had cockroaches and ants everywhere. Not so here. You just couldn’t get any cleaner. Very quiet, leafy area. Beautiful stay.

Fantastic, quiet, fully fenced
some plumbing issues such as shower drips constantly. Ditto for kitchen tap. But otherwise fabulous. Very clean!!

Great stay

We liked the location away from the town centre and the house was pretty much as advertised if not a little smaller than it appeared online. Good neighborhood. Great that we could take our dog. The outside chairs need replacing or repairing desperately (half not useable) but everything else worked. Screen doors on front and back doors would be good. Outdoor area was very pleasant. Response to a message about a full and smelly bin on arrival was quick. Great service. The house was a little smaller than pictures indicated but worked for 5 people.

I would not stay there again.

Did not meet my expectations. Looked much better in the online photos. Needs general maintenance, shower had a slow continuous leak, the toilet in the ensuite also leaked and we did advise the agent, although it was not fixed during our stay. The out door area was very poor, All the real estate staff I dealt with were professional.

Their property manager can talk the talk but can’t walk it. Giving a customer a dirty property is not acceptable. The oven, cutteely, dishes etc were dirty. The pedestal fan blades were filthy. The carpet was all stained n dirty.
