Notre maison est une maison nouvellement construite de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain située à Riverstone dans une communauté fermée sécurisée. La maison dispose de 3 chambres avec matelas et oreillers en mousse à mémoire de forme pour votre confort. Il y a une cuisine complète avec de nouveaux appareils ainsi qu'une salle à manger. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 9 personnes, un berceau portable est à votre disposition. La maison est bien éclairée avec des fenêtres offrant de la lumière naturelle et de hauts plafonds pour la rendre encore plus ouverte.
La maison est ouverte et spacieuse avec beaucoup de fenêtres pour accueillir un bel ensoleillement.
Il y a de nombreuses commodités à proximité, comme le parc Riverstone, qui n'est qu'à quelques mètres. Il est à côté de la piste cyclable du Centenaire et à trois kilomètres du centre-ville de Coeur d'Alene. Le village de Riverstone, à environ 400 mètres, regorge de boutiques et de restaurants.

Beautiful home that is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and spices. The beds are comfy and good quality towels and sheets. The location is great. You’re in walking distance to parks, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Great location and home

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Riverstone. Loved the proximity to restaurants and coffee. The home was well stocked with all needed items. We enjoyed walking on the trail and riding the bikes that were provided. Would recommend this place!

This house was amazing! Great size for 5 of us and definitely could fit more. It had everything we needed plus extras like bikes, beach towels, small cooler for going to the beach. The location was perfect for doing tons of activities but being close enough to run back if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying again!

Kara's home is new and nicely appointed. Rooms were perfectly sized and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the location, with restaurants, shops and parks within easy walking distance.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed here for 10 nights to visit family and spend time in the area. The house is absolutely perfect and worked well for our trip. Beds are comfortable, house is spacious and the outside patio area was used a lot. Conveniently located to grocery store, easy access to many locations and we used the Centennial Trail and Riverstone park almost daily. Completely satisfied with our stay.

Fantastic home in a super location

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was beautiful and modern. It had all the necessities you'd hope for. The beds were super comfortable. It's just a really great space and if we come back we'll be shooting to rent this home again.

Perfect home away from home

I would definately recommend this property for families. Sleeping arrangements were ideal and everyone had their own space. The house was beautiful and clean upon arrival and was just like the pictures. Loved that it's right next to the trail system so you can run, walk or cycle with ease. Highly recommend!

Amazing property!!!

We stayed here for a week, and the house was perfect! Lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. Thoughtful touches like laundry baskets and bedside lamps with outlets and USB ports made this one of the best homes we have stayed in! Many rentals only provide very basic paper goods, soap, etc, but this home was well stocked and had all we needed. It was nice not to have to purchase a lot of extras. Kara was very quick to respond to all my messages, and very helpful as well. Can’t recommend this home enough! We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in CDA!

Everything you need is right here!

We stayed to visit with family. 4 adults. The home is beautiful! Perfect location and everything we needed was provided. The cookware and dishware and appliances were excellent! Definitely stay here again! It was our first VRBO, this home has set the bar high for any other VRBOs we book. Clean, spacious, we utilized the bbq, it worked great! Bring an amazon fire-stick if you want to view all tv channels. You cannot add apps to the Roku to login to your own tv apps. That’s about all to point out to future renters. (Netflix and other basic Roku channels were available)

A beautiful home

We had 4 adults and 4 young kids for this stay and it was perfect. The house is beautiful. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The kids loved their bunk beds and the extra toys that were in their room. There are plenty of extra linens and even beach towels if you need them. The kitchen had all the essential Dishes/kids dishes but was also stocked with a nice knife block, cutting boards, mixing bowls, seasonings rack, oil etc., that made cooking and BBQing really easy. The TV has Netflix and Disney+ already logged In which was great for our kids. Overall we thought the owner had really thought of everything and the house set up was great. We loved our stay and hope we can stay here again in the future.

Property is on a above average neighborhood with many relatively new homes. My guess is average home abd condo price is 900K to 1.2Mil range. Some higher, not many, if any lower. Can walk to multiple nice restaurants and some boutique stores and a movie theater. Walk to restaurant on the river portion. If lake Coeur d'alene. Walking and biking trail right near place as well. Exceptionally nice. There are 4 nice cruiser bikes but they needed some work. New handle grips needed on at least 2 of them and one had the chain off. We opted to not bike as couple of the days it was pretty smoky, but all on all an awesome stay. I would stay there again. One of the rooms is set up well for young children too. Very nice master bathroom, especially the large glass shower. I highly recommend a stay here. If rigth time if year I recommend the dinner cruise on the lake as well.

Could not get much better than this!

My two sons and their families met us from three different parts of the United States and enjoyed our stay immensely. It was a perfect house for this kind of gathering with room for everyone including the children. Property was modern, beautiful and close to the things we wanted to do. Appreciated having bikes and pack & play available. Kitchen had all essentials. Beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Total Gem!

We stayed in many different places in CDA, but this one became everyone's favorite! Location is perfect, near Riverside Village with so many things offered: restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, cinema... and just steps away from Centennial trail. Minutes from downtown. The house is beautiful and clean, kitchen very well equipped with everything you will need to make a wonderful dinners while you are enjoying a beautiful scenery and cozy fireplace in the family room. The beds are super comfortable. We will be back soon! Thank you for making this place so comfortable all around!

Amazing weekend in Coeur d’Alene

This was our first time staying in a VRBO and could not be happier with the experience. The house was beautiful, clean, great location and perfect for our family. Scheduling, check in, the entire process was flawless from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Coeur d’Alene, especially small families like ours!

Great location and very kid friendly home

The home is in a great location. It is very clean and roomy. The bedrooms were set up very nice and plenty of room for kids. We loved having the use of the bicycles and it is a short ride into town. The owners made the place very comfortable and friendly.

Amazing Stay

The house was warm and welcoming. It allowed for enough space for two families and allowed for quick connection to downtown and the local amenities. Very close to walking trails, river, restaurants, coffee, parks, and other local hot spots. Would recommend everyone to stay here.

Awesome CDA Home!

This is a very nice brand new property with all the amenities you could need. We had a great time at Kara’s house and could not have found a better home for our vacation. The owner was great to work with, everything was very clean & comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
