8 guys. Golf 3 days. House was as listed. Needs a little maintenance but all in all very good. We will be back.

The bathrooms did not have hot water, the heating and air conditioning did not work, the floor of the main room was raised, the rental price was very expensive.

Birthday Blast

The property is beautiful! Very comfortable and we were able to rent all 3 sections to accommodate our large group. It is walking distance to the beach but we always drove to Calle 13 and the Malecon. Best Peñasco trip ever! Gracias por mantener la propiedad tan hermosa y cuidada 💕

Nice place

Overall good. Just a little disappointed, they did not disclose some remodeling going on. And the gate had changed. So you can not get a taller trailer or vehicles in. Place was clean but not well stocked with pots pans for cooking. The grill and coffee maker did not work. But again Overall nice property

Absolutely loved the property! Went with large group and the entire place was plenty space for all of us. Very honest staff, daughter accidentally left her phone and they were gracious enough to mail it home to us. Definitely recommend!

Amazing hotel

Was super great. We had difficulty finding it as the gate had changed. Color is no longer black but tan but once we arrived, easy access air-conditioning worked in all the rooms, there was enough space for everybody to be spread out. I love the fact that it was gated the water stayed warm for all 18 people to be able to take their showers for days in a row, great view of the water super clean. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Family Trip Success

Communication the day before & day of was just awesome , replied right away & sent us the location ! (We were lost for a sec but after they sent the address we found it right away !) Check in process was super easy , just walked up , grabbed keys & opened gate ! Place was beautiful from beginning to finish. My old grand folks usually don’t like staying in houses they prefer hotels but they loved & enjoyed the stay here so much they want to come again ! Everything was accommodating to us & it just couldn’t have been any better than this. Thank you guys so much ! We will def be staying here again.

Amazing Home!

This was our second time at this home and like our previous visit we had an amazing time! Home is beautiful as shown in post. Our huge family enjoyed our stay! The home is very spacious! Communication is 100%! We will deff be staying here again!

Wonderful!

This house was perfect for my family and I. Very spacious, there was enough room for the 17 of us and we all slept comfortably. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean upon check-in. Not too far from all the fun in RP. Overall it was a great stay and my family and I discussed booking again whenever we take another trip.

Great for large group

This property was perfect for our large group. Within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants, plus a convenience store right across the street. The gated property added a sense of security. The host was very easy to contact when we needed something.

Amazing House

The house was beautiful and clean, 5 minute walk to the beach. There’s Rentals to Canams and Atvs within walking distance. Each floor has a key and you have your own privacy. The house is gated and in a good neighborhood. Communication with host was extremely easy we will definitely be back.

Great location

The property just as pictured. Everything was clean and user friendly. Loved the gated entrance definitely easier to let the kids play and run outside while we the adults enjoyed the patio areas! The location was perfect close to everything and perfect little walk to the beach . The caretaker was great with all questions and needs. Definitely recommend!!
