Great location

Location was terrific. Short walk to Metro and many restaurants. It was clean with a comfortable bed. Entry was easy and it was in a quiet area that always felt safe.

Great time during a quick visit to Paris

Well located and well priced, this apartment had all we needed for a quick last-minute visit to Paris of our Thanksgiving break. Our host was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Paris apartment

A well located stay!

We had a lovely 5 d stay in this large studio. The location was fantastic and - although very centrally located in Paris - it was quiet. Maikel was extremely prompt and responsive to any of our questions and / or requests. We highly recommend it!

Great time in Paris

My wife and I stayed here 5 nights. It was fantastic. Good size for the price in Paris. Saint Germain is a great neighborhood. We walked to almost everything we wanted to see. We highly recommend.

Great location

Great location, located near a metro and RER station, easy walk to or metro ride to all the attractions, but on a quite side street. Very well outfitted for a comfortable say. The host was very responsive and very helpful with all our questions and requests.

Located near everything - the Marais, Notre Dame, Luxumbourg, the Louvre, D’Ordsay - it is all walking distance from this lovely ground-floor apartment in the Latin Quarter. Hosts were helpful w everything, including restaurant recommendations!

Great location, clean apartment with a stylish decor.

We were very happy staying in this charming place, close to the heart of Paris, at a very close proximity to Seine, L'ile de la Cite, Saint Michel, Jardin du Luxembourg, Pantheon, L'Hotel de Ville, etc. I can only send my compliments and would definitely plan to stay again in this apartment in the future.

Quiet but central location

Appartement is located near all the major Paris monuments. The appartement is comfortable, on a quiet street, and within walking distance of many restaurants. It was nice to come back after long days of site-seeing and relax. We would definitely recommend.

Fabulous

A great ground floor apartment, very close to many restaurants and the Seine, yet tucked away on a very quiet street. Check in was well explained and overall communication from the host was excellent. Close to the metro and an RER for easy access to the and from the airport. We would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Perfect

This apartment was perfect for our 2 week stay in Paris. It is close to all the action and amenities in St Germaine / St Michel yet down a quiet street, which was great. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and as described and the host was easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location and process

Maikel was an excellent host! The apartment was clean and well-appointed, and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. My only caution would be that people in the street were noisy until 3am both nights we stayed (on a weekend) but obviously that was outside the host’s control. Maikel did everything he could to ensure a lovely experience, and we enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend this gem!

My family loved our week in Paris at this wonderful property! Mikhael was professional, kind and responsive to our needs. The location in central Paris can’t be beat! Two of us slept in the bed and one on the pull out sofa. The decorating and design are attractive. We felt safe and secure. Plenty of outlets, including USB in tv, etc Highly recommend!!:-)

Fantastic location!

Don’t think there could be a better location! A few minutes walk to great food, Notre Dame, the Louvre. And a couple minutes to the train station to get anywhere in the city! Beds were comfy. The host was very responsive. The only thing to mention is it was quite noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. We loved our stay here and would choose this property again.

Spring Break in Paris

Family of 4 spent 5 nights in this wonderful apartment. Maikel was a great host from the start. Check in/check out were simple and efficient. The apartment is around the corner from restaurants, a grocery store, and souvenir shops. Very walkable to all the major sites. For more distant excursions, there is a very close Metro station and Uber. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Between the main bed and the pull out sofa, everyone slept well and comfortable. Would definitely stay again on a future visit.

Four Nights in the Sixth

Great location and solid communication with owner but this is a small space, more a crash pad than a place to cook or eat. The sofa bed was not clean - we had to brush aside dirt when we opened it up for use.

Apartment in the 6th!

The check in process went very smoothly and all the listed features and facilities worked fine. Maikel, our host, was very responsive and helped us with a few questions. The apartment was clean and the location was excellent--close to many restaurants and a nearby grocery store and an wonderful bakery. We walked to most of the nearby museums and excellent restaurants are in the area close by--as is the St.-Michel-Notre-Dame Metro and B &C RER station. Altogether a very pleasant experience. We will certainly consider renting this apartment on our next trip to the 6th Arrondissement.

We loved this apartment for our family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids. The neighbourhood felt safe and secure and there were numerous places to eat within walking distance.the apartment was clean and comfortable and on the ground floor so no stairs for luggage. I would highly recommend it for a couple, and a family who are used to living in one shared space. My children did need to share a sofa bed. The only negative is that it is located on a series of one way streets so getting taxis/ride shares can be a bit more tricky but not a dealbreaker.
