Nice size pool area! Welcome to your vacation in paradise! Touch the sands of beautiful West Bay Beach and feel the warm waters of the Caribbean on your feet. Experience the sights and sounds of the ocean just steps away from your door.

This bright loft is located on the ground floor has a private balcony where you can enjoy the cool tradewinds, with a beautiful garden / jungle view. Located in the quiet Orchid Beach neighborhood , it is walking distance or short water taxi ride to fabulous shopping, dining, water sport activities, and sightseeing. This villa is located a short 4 min walk to the beach, close to the action but far enough away where you can enjoy peace and quiet.

This is a Non-Smoking unit, furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. New for 2023- There is a king size bed now, with a pony wall separating the kitchen for a comfortable living space. We have Internet service and air conditioning.

We are available for any questions and enjoy sharing our recommendations!

Awesome location and excellent spot

This is a great studio with all you need for a wonderful and QUIET stay on the island. It is perfectly situated between West End and West Bay. We will definitely be back.

Nice apartment

The property is as advertised and the new pool was a huge bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped. The washer and dryer were nice extras. The property is a short walk to the beach with dive, snorkel, and restaurants. Do bring bug repellent for outdoor activities and a headlamp or strong flashlight for evenings.

Beautiful Place with Beautiful People, Very Tropical.

Very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped for cooking. The Deck was amazing, up in the treetops. Drawback was if you are cooking in the evening, lighting in the stove/sink area is poor. Beach was very enjoyable with white sand and many hues of blue water, due to the reef being so close to shoreline. Off the beaten track, so quiet. Being up in the treetops means it is positioned on the top of a large hill. Navigating the walk to the beach was a very steep/rough road both ways. Sun sets at 6 pm, absolutely gorgeous, however, very dark walk home, when you have been down to the beach area restaurants for dinner. Food and service was very good. Primary entree was usually some form of fish or seafood. Roatan will be a repeat trip for sure!

New Pool

We spent five nights here. Had we known that it would be owner occupied. We would not have booked it. Our vacation rental became more like a house guest. This apartment is one of three. So you have people below and owners above. During our time. The owners were doing some updating. Our mornings started with power tools and they did not seem to consider that we were on the property too. The walk to the beach was challenging. Very steep hills. (I walk 5 to 7 miles a day) Other things to consider... no flushing paper in the toilet, which is common on the island. There was little water pressure, no generator. We lost power multiple times. Manny was very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. We wanted to take the mattress home, it was so comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer available.

Hidden Gem

Spent 2 weeks at the Flip Flop Villa and enjoyed every minute. Property was clean, well stocked and central to both West Bay and West End. Manny, property manager and owners, Sharon and Jack were amazing. Helpful, kind and available to answer questions from Island tours to places to eat. We will be returning to Roatan and plan to stay at this property again. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful experience.

Great little place

This is a great little place very close to the beach. Property managers could not have been nicer and more helpful. I would definitely trust Manny and Melissa to find a perfect vacation rental in Roatan!
