TOP FLORIDA's Casa Primavera in Cape Coral is a wonderful home to spend the most valuable time of the year in - your Vacation! Casa Primavera is a large villa situated on the shores of a lagoon-style lake that does offer Gulf-access waterfront via Matlacha Pass - perfect for the serious fishing enthusiast. Experience the grandeur!
Casa Primavera offers 2 kayaks for guests to enjoy. If you wish to use them, a waiver has to be signed.
Casa Primavera is pet friendly (with approval). Cats are not permissible. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per dog and an additional pet addendum to sign. Casa Primavera features Roku TV services. Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.

For larger groups and families, Villa Sun Castle is located right next door!

Everything as advertised

Great place! Location is great for exploring Matlacha and Pine Island. Enjoyed watching the boats coming and going from Burnt Store boat launch. Very close to Coral Oakes Golf. Host was very flexible as we got stuck because of Winter Storm Blair. Would highly recommended to any family.

Our Healing Place

This home was just what we needed for our 33rd Anniversary get away! Some enjoy cruises, but we totally enjoyed the peaceful quietness, lake view, comfy home, and terrific restaurants in town. We can't say enough! It was perfect for us!!

Great house with a few areas for improvement

We arrived after a long drive to a very cold pool and spa. We messaged the agent who said there had been cold weather and previous renters did not put cover on pool and it would take about two days to heat up again. This was very upsetting for young kids to hear. I feel like there should be pool maintenance suggestions in info book for renters. Many people renting do not have pools or ones with electric heat pumps and do not understand how long they take to heat. The house is large, clean, well maintained. We appreciated having essentials like laundry soap, cooking spices, dish soap etc. there were plenty of dishes, towels, pool noodles, beach toys, beach chairs, etc. only thing we missed was a pizza cutter. Our other suggestion was to give more info on getting sound by pool speakers. They were hooked to a system that required an app and we couldn’t figure out. Would have been nice to have a simple blue tooth hook up. The main living room is also very large but with small tv. It was hard to hear tv from couch. We didn’t watch much tv so it wasn’t a problem. The kayaks were a great resource to have . We loved taking them out. The neighborhood was safe and had nice people. The house is somewhat close to a busy road but you can’t really hear road noise and looking out onto the canal is great. Important to note that as of Jan 2023 , Cape Coral beach at yacht club is closed due to hurricane damage. Ft Meyers beach is 50 minutes and beach is open but almost all hotels, restaurants, bars are demolished on Ft zmeyers Beach. Most Cape Coral activities are 25 minutes drive. Sanibel is one hour away but still closed to tourists. Publix is 2 minute drive. Matcha and Pine Islands are both mostly closed as well. We found a lot of great things to do but didn’t realize how much we’d be driving . In general, this is a great house with fun for all ages.

Very Nice Vacation Home & Location

This home is lovely for a couple of couples or family to enjoy an affordable getaway in a nice location. It’s closest to Pine Island where there’s great affordable restaurants like Blue Dog and Paradise Grill in Cape Coral. We visited Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva beaches and favored the Sanibel out by the lighthouse by far(we got lots of shells, saw dolphin & sea turtles pretty close!)-just make SURE you pay for parking at these locations because they police them daily. The pool is great and hot tub heats up wonderfully to soothe away the aches from a day of exploring and walking.. Lizards and tree frogs are around as well as peeper frogs & geckos which were fun to watch. Be aware that there is toll roads between Cape Coral & Fort Myers and Sanibel/Captiva beaches and takes around 40 min to get to those beaches. It’s well worth it. Home has beach towels, blankets, linens, etc stocked and nice appliances to keep stuff clean while there. The shower in the master bath doesn’t get real hot but didn’t bother us. Definitely a worthwhile home to choose for a great time in a wonderful location (is our 3rd time to the area). Property manager is very nice, too!

Awesome Property

This was a great property to stay at. Close to anything you need in Cape Coral and very close to Matlacha and Pine Island. The pool and canal were amazing. Our kids had a great time kayaking in the canal. Caught some fish and saw manatees. Loved being able to use the garage.

On the water location is great, but property needs a thorough cleaning.

This house provided a lot of fun for our family while we visited Cape Coral. We enjoyed using the provided kayaks and fishing off the deck in the peaceful waters of the canal. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property: inside the kitchen cabinets were crumbs and dirt, curtains had piles of dust, the floor left our feet black, showers had orange mildew and the pool deck was slimy and grimy. The kitchen was also not well equipped, missing lots of silverware and cookies sheets, etc. While we slept well, had hot water, comfortable beds and fast wi-fi, I felt like I could have possibly gotten a better value for my money elsewhere. On a positive note, I did notify the property manager of my concerns and she was very empathetic, though there was little she could do to help.

Awesome Florida Home on the Water & Pool!

Disclaimer: We are pretty picky vacationers. We always have to have: fishing and kayaking access, clean private pool, plenty of room and close to a beach. This ticked all those boxes and more. Top Florida is an awesome company to work with. They are easy, very kind and super professional to work with. We would highly recommend this property and the property managers. Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers beaches are fun spots on the Gulf and Sanibel causeway has beautiful shells. You'll be glad you stayed at Casa Primavera. There's lots to do for kids of all ages (and parents too!)
