The house was perfect for us and acted as a "landing pad" for a family reunion weekend.The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for my husband and I and our two adult sons. Hopefully, we will be able to visit in future years for future reunions.

Cozy cottage short walk to the beach

This was our second time staying here. Prefect place for our family. Short walk to all the things. We will be back again for sure.

Perfect Memorial Day weekend!

What a great stay we had at 44 School Street! So many great amenities. The pics don’t do justice for this property, it’s far more spacious. We strolled to Bread & Roses for excellent coffee and homemade ice cream at Big Daddy’s, and not much further to the beach. This property was so clean, and the fully enclosed front porch is more like a second living room complete w/second dining room - the perfect escape for the bookworms of our group. The kitchen is well appointed and we savored many gourmet meals in. You won’t be disappointed by this property and the excellent communication of our host.

Extraordinary house and wonderful owners that insure a perfect vacation.

We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay. The owners provide quality in house, location, communication and everything essential for a completely great vacation. There is no negative and all that’s positive with this remarkable property that is large, clean and near town and beach. There is parking and lovely back yard. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and recommend this house to all seeking perfection!

Wonderful!

This was my family’s second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much this time around! Perfect location on a quiet street. We had a great time and loved hanging out relaxing on the beautiful porch! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Vacation!

The location of this property could not have been more perfect unless it was on the Marginal Way! Central to everything Ogunquit has to offer. Beautiful, clean,& comfortable for 6 adults. The owner was easy to work with and accomodated our time frame. We will be booking again in 2013 !

Perfect House, Perfect Location, Perfect vacation!

This house is just as shown. Very clean and roomy. We stayed with another small family and there was plenty of room for everyone. It's perfectly located in town and a six minute walk to the beach. All other tenants staying on the property were pleasant and no noise issues at all. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

House was just right for my family--clean, comfortable, spacious. My teen sons enjoyed the basketball court across the street. Short walk to beach/restaurants/shops/Marginal Way---yet street itself was quiet and not much traffic. Nice to have a washer/dryer, and the kitchen was great. Perfect Maine weather made it an amazing vacation!

Awesome as usual!!

It was our 4th time in the past 6 years (due to COVID). The house has newly been refreshed (paint). Just love the location and the porch is my preferred spot. Thanks Ken for your attention to details.

Ogunquit memories

The location was absolutely perfect. A quiet neighborhood and block away from the village, a short hop to marginal way and the beach. The downstairs was spacious, the front porch delightful. Upstair bedrooms were more than adequate, the downstairs bedroom was small and connected to a small bath. Kitchen was well stocked with exceptions of no laundry detergent, or garbage bags.

Thanksgiving was carefree!

5 Adults stayed for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. The house is centrally located between the town and the beach. We were a short walk from everything. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed to cook a full turkey dinner on Thanksgiving. You do need to make sure you bring your own sugar, spices, oil etc. It is well insulated. If you were upstairs you could not hear the TV or talking downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. You must bring your own towels and linens - make sure you have hand towels and dish towels too. Overall it was a great experience staying at the house and dealing with the owner, Ken. I would rent again if the opportunity arises.

Fantastic! Super clean, great location

We were thrilled with our stay at the property! The house was extremely well kept, tastefully decorates, very clean, they even had provided us with extra cleaning supplies to use during our stay due to covid-19 circumstances. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, etc making it easy to eat any meals in. The covered porch was a perfect spacious area for eating a meal or relaxing, the main living area was very comfortable as well. Either upstairs bedroom had plenty of space for a pack’n’play if you’re traveling with small children. The location couldn’t be better for the beach and both the Main Street of Ogunquit or Perkins Cove. Ken was a highly responsive host which was great when we had a quick question. My only minor complaint, if you could even call it that, is the air conditioner upstairs is in the hallway, making it necessary to leave bedroom doors open to cool them effectively, so it got a bit hot if you closed the doors for privacy. It’s an old house though, so I understand cooling options are probably limited. We would 100% book the property again next year!

Maison très propre, avec une véranda très agréable. Près du centre et à 7-8 minutes de plage. Nous avons déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cette maison et nous la recommandons. Le seul bémol est le lit très mou dans la chambre au 1er étage.
