This house was amazing! It was clean, cozy and we immediately felt at home. The location was central to all attractions in the area.Tahquamenon falls,Whitefish point and many other sites. The views of the sunrises and sunsets off your own little private beach were breathtaking!!Jody was extremely friendly and accommodating with helpful tips about the area and suggestions of places to see and go. We can't say enough good things about the house and Jody. We are already planning our next stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks again, Jody, for the wonderful stay and experience!

This was truly a Superior stay. The home is very well supplied, with lots of kitchen spices, lots of towels, and life jackets, etc. The bonfire pit was great and we used it each evening. It was also very clean when we arrived. We are hoping to come back next year.

Jody’s cabin was cozy and welcoming. We loved the cabin and property. It felt secluded even though it was a short to walk to the restaurants in Paradise. Having coffee and watching the sunrise over Lake Superior was incredible. Perfect base camp for the visiting the Falls and lighthouses. We already are planning on coming back! We can’t say enough nice things about Jody. She was so responsive and helpful.

The Simply Superior cabin is just that - simply superior. Jody has added so many lovely touches that you keep finding during your stay. The back yard is really special with the fire ring surrounded by comfortable chairs and the two rocker chairs at the top of the stairs. Having the Lake so close is wonderful. Due to smoke from the Canadian fires, our visibility wasn't the best but we captured some sunrises/moonrises. We loved the three lighthouses we visited and Tahquamenon falls, especially the lower falls with the new bridge. All in all, a wonderful week with a very helpful host to keep us straight.

Amazing stay on Lake Superior!

Spent 3 nights here as a group of 4 adults and 2 kiddos! We had so much space! The house was stocked with everything you could need and then some. The owner is so sweet and has great communication! It was very clean as well. We were close to the falls and Bear Ranch and spent time in Lake Superior! The sandbar was awesome to walk out far and made it easy for the kids to swim. After a storm, we were lucky to see a double rainbow! Thank you Simply Superior Cabin for hosting us and we can't wait to return!

Really Superior Stay

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at on VRBO. Check-in was easy, the cabin / home well appointed and very clean, a really great location to go to Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point and even Pictured Rocks. The view was spectacular. Jody, you have done a great job! A great find and we are already booked for our next visit!

Perfect in Every Way

Simply Superior is a super clean, comfortable and well appointed cabin in a beautiful location. The cabin has so many thoughtful amenities - comfy throws, fire pit, equipment for outdoor adventures, books on the area, etc. There are delicious food options close by. Stunning views of Lake Superior - especially sunrises. Many things to do close by - Whitefish Point, Shipwreck Museum, Tahquamenon State Park. Best of all is the host! Jody is a kind and attentive host who really cares about her guests. A visit to her souvenir shop is a must. The name says it all - Simply Superior is truly a superior accommodation.

Simply Superior it is!

Excellent location right in town, but hidden away for privacy. Not far from rock picking, water falls, lighthouses and relaxing gazing at the lake. The sandy beach is the best I've seen and its right out front. The cabin/house has everything we wanted and more.

This place is absolutely fabulous. Already book it for my next trip in a few weeks .. I wish l could keep this gem a secret.. .. l have stayed at alot of places in the UP to snowmobile and this is hands down are the best .. The owner is as nice as they come .. places to eat to trail

Cozy Cabin with Amazing Views

We stayed at Simply Superior over New Year’s 2024 and it was perfect! The cabin was super clean with a beautiful view and great location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook two large meals. Jody, the owner, was unbelievably helpful and genuinely cared about us having a great trip. We will definitely be back. My sister is already planning to visit the cabin with her family. We are so thankful to Jody for playing a big part in making our trip special!

Simply Heaven

Such a wonderful rental with a truly amazing host. She made sure we had everything we needed, kept in contact to see if there was anything she could do for us. The cabin was so clean and well stocked. It’s located in such a quiet location for much needed rest and relaxation, but central to all attractions and gas stations/ stores. A charming retreat on the shores of Lake Superior

We had an incredible week-long stay at this enchanting rustic chic cabin on Lake Superior, and we're already counting down the days until our next visit. The moment we stepped foot onto the property, we knew we were in for a treat. The cabin itself is perfect, with charming lake accents and cozy furnishings that immediately made us feel at home. The interior design seamlessly blends cabin charm with modern comforts, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing. Perched on the shores of Lake Superior, the cabin offers breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding landscape. We spent hours lounging on the deck, watching the sunrise over the water, and listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a fully-stocked kitchen to plush bedding and towels. Jody clearly put thought into every detail, from the Paradise gifts on the table to the great fire ring and chairs outside. Don't miss this one!

Paradise in Paradise

This is a wonderful property. The VRBO photo's are a little outdated because they have added some nice outdoor amenities. We were swimming in 72 degree water with a nice sandy beach. No close neighbors. Amazing Sunrises. The Host is the best host I ever had. Place is very clean. You can walk to the restaurants and food trucks. We will be back

Perfect Rental House!

Simply Superior is a wonderful house! It has everything you could possibly want while on vacation. Plus, Jody the host was always willing to help or answer questions. The space was very clean and I am very skeptical about the cleanliness of hotels/rentals. Admittedly, I missed that there wasn’t a dishwasher, and we found the lack of pantry space and counter space a little tricky; however, I would rent this house again in a heartbeat! It was perfectly decorated, a spot on location, and there’s no way to beat its Lake Superior view. The beach are was well loved by my kids, and it was soft and sandy enough that we didn’t need water shoes. In fact there’s a huge sandbar so my kids could walk and play for quite a ways before it got deep. The fire pit and patio was perfectly located so we could watch for all the freighters that went by. The location to Tahquamenon Falls and Whitefish Point was ideal. Only about 15 minutes to either one. Plus you’re right in the small town of Paradise that had a couple delicious restaurants and a handy gas station market. Overall, Simply Superior is the perfect rental house to experience life as a Yooper!

Perfect family getaway

Simply superior is a beautiful rental. Views were unbelievable. The cottage itself is clean,comfy, and cozy! This was a perfect getaway for my family to spend our first vacation together. Jody is an exceptional host and makes sure her guests are taken care of. The outside of the cottage is a little paradise on its own. Perfect for kids and your pets to play. Relaxing by the beautiful firepit, enjoying the view of Lake Superior, hanging out on the beach and swimming. It was all so perfect. And after spending all day outside, the cottage was a perfect place to relax in the evening. It was the perfect first family vacation, and my wife, and son, and our dog can’t wait to come back next summer! Thanks Jody for the experience! 10/10 would recommend to anybody

Superior visit!

There is a reason why everyone gives their experience a 10/10! Cleanliness, communication, location, amenities, beach, bonfires, comfort level, private but right in town, proximity to the Falls and Whitefish Point, Jody as a host, chipmunk friends, the sunrise, the seating areas out back, I know I’m forgetting things but it was spectacular!

Best location and lake views!

This house exceeded our expectations. It is better than the pictures! The location is right in the center of town but it feels very private. We enjoyed walking on "our beach" every morning and my 15 year old even spent two hours building a sandcastle (which meant he put his phone down for 2 hours which in itself was a miracle!). The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked great, and Jody had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook with while we were there. We loved watching the loons in the lake and we even saw a cruise ship sail by. Jody was an excellent host and really has thought of everything that could make your stay 5 stars. We're already dreaming of another week in Paradise, see you again soon!

Wonderful!

We had a really lovely stay. I honestly cannot say how this VRBO experience could have been any better. The home was really clean and comfortable. Jody was great with communication. She provided everything that we needed with very thoughtful touches. It was a very private lakefront home, but in town so easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Great location for exploring the Eastern UP. Would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.

Perfect stay

Jody was prompt with communication and the property was beautiful just as advertised. The cabin was cozy and offered a lot to our family. Best of all, there was not an encyclopedia of things to take care of before we left like many other properties. We'll definitely look to re-book when we return to the area! Thank you again Jody!
