*Please note this unit has heat, but THERE IS NO AC. While you do have a waterfront view, there is no beach access.
**Please note: We do not provide firewood or charcoal, but you're welcome to bring your own.
***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 4 guests. The occupancy fee is $50-100 per individual, depending on the length of stay. We do require approval for all pets and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval.
