Cozy home in heart of Sunriver w/ hot tub, close to Mt Bachelor

The Circle 4 Ranch Cabins are 36 single family homes, all 1324 square feet with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, covered wrap around deck, individual garage and a shared complex pool. Our cabin #4, is elevated on the inner loop, sleeps 8 and has a private hot tub. We are close to everything Sunriver has to offer - the village, SHARC, Fort Rock Park, the stables and observatory are all within a mile.

Guest Access
The whole place is yours! You will have keypad entrance to the private front door entry and plenty of flat paved parking for 3 vehicles. The cabin is being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests with all linen laundering following specialized protocol. We also have local assistance if any immediate needs arise.

The Space:
Bedroom 1 - Upstairs master suite with a king bed, dresser, 2 closets with plenty of storage space, and a desk & chair that is comfortable to work at (although we hope you don't have to :-)

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, dresser, closet and Apple TV.

Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds (4 twins), 2 dressers, TV with DVD and wii.

​Full bathroom on each floor. One with a shower/tub combo and the other with shower.

Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and dishes for 8.

Living room with wood burning fireplace, sectional couch, and smart TV so you can access your Netflix, Hulu and Prime :-)

Adirondack chairs and kids picnic table on the deck with BBQ and private hot tub.

Private detached garage with bikes, sleds and other sports equipment to enjoy. We also have included a pack n play, beach towels, extra cozy blankets, board games and lending library nook.

Essentials – stackable washer and dryer, all linens and towels, paper products.

Basics – central heating, ceiling fans, Wifi.

House rules – No pets, no smoking.

A great family getaway

Lovely home

The home was very comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the big covered porch, the neighborhood swimming pool, the hot tub on the deck, and the bikes provided. We would stay there again.

Great spot for a family stay

We live in Bend but had family visiting. We rented two cabins in the circle 4 ranch cabins and had a great time. Perfect location, great pool, and great cabin. Communication with the owner was incredible. I can't recommend highly enough.

Great cozy cabin!

Beautiful wrap around porch is perfect place to hang out and watch kids build snowmen. Home was very clean and had everything we needed from coffee pot to pans for baking brownies. Beds were comfy and plenty of blankets. We had one issue and owner was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Circle 4 Ranch cabin, house #4

This is a great property to stay in the summer for families. House well maintained, variety of bikes to use from adults to juniors. Close to community pool on site for summer fun. Host provides timely check in and out information after booking. We plan on booking a return stay.

Sunriver Fun

We had a great trip to Sunriver. The home is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk room. There is a nice assortment of bikes available for the family. We hope to return to this cabin again next summer.

Perfect

We enjoyed our stay at this property in SunRiver. We explored the surrounding area of Bend and beyond but this was a perfect place at the end of our day to ride bikes out to the marina / horse stables in the evening. Interesting animals come out around dusk. A nice soak in the hot tub after long hikes!

Love Circle 4 Houses

We have stayed in Circle 4 houses many times over the years but haven’t been back in quite a while… It was so wonderful to be back in this amazing area of Sunriver, I think it is our favorite! The house was perfect for our family, we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

A great place in Sunriver

The cabin was the perfect size for my family of four and could fit more comfortably. The beds were all very comfy and the place was nice & clean. The hot tub was great! The weather was rainy and cold for us so we didn't use the pool, but it is right there for the kiddos to jump in! The park was a nice 10 minute walk away. The kids had a blast. Laura was an amazing host who went above and beyond in arranging our stay. The kids loved the game shelf. Great location. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the carpet in the cabin. It has seen some years and could definitely use replacing. You can tell it is cleaned, but I preferred not to walk on it with my bare feet. Bring extra socks or slippers and you'll be set. Loved the Cabin 4 Circle setting.

Family trip

Great experience but wrong time of year to go with the smoke and air quality & water level too low to do the Big Eddy whitewater trip. After Labor day the place was dead. We ended up leaving early because the air quality. Great property for a family, easy access to pool, great location. Property owner very accommodating and even checked on us due to the air quality. Thank you Laura!

Cozy, convenient and quiet!!

My family had a much needed relaxing break at this cute cabin. It was a quick bike ride to the Village or the Sharc for some activity, although we preferred the pool in the Circle 4 and the hot tub. Slept great in comfy beds and peace and quiet. Laura is a fantastic host, responding quickly to communications and kindly reaching out when we first landed to check if all was good.

Awesome Stay

Circle 4 is a great place for families and is close to the SHARC and Village. This Cabin #4 was clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Coffee maker is a Keurig but also has a small drip one as well.The Homeowner touched base with us upon our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The ceiling fan stopped working and she made sure it was fixed during our stay. She was great in communicating with us. We will definitely return to this cabin again in the future.

Truly wonderful experience

Our whole family loved staying here. It’s a very nicely situated house in the middle of everything with its own community pool. The rooms and beds are all comfortable. The kitchen has all the things you think of needing in the middle vacation. The bikes are fun and the hot tub is perfect! Thank you for sharing this house!

Great Circle 4 cabin and wonderful service!

The cabin was perfect for our family and the service provided by the owner was amazing. Communication was clear throughout and the owner checked in with us throughout our stay to offer assistance although everything was so clear and easy that none was needed. Great sleeping accommodations for our family and a well equipped kitchen for meals. Great base camp for a week of adventures.

Nice spring stay

We stayed here for 4 nights in early April. The cabin was just right for our family of four with two teenagers. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening and had easy access to biking and tennis. We loved the covered porch area and would definitely stay here again. My only complaint about the house itself was the awkwardness of some of the furniture- a high table with very low wobbly benches and really tall beds, this was not a problem for us though. Renters should be aware of a $1500 damage deposit being requested when reserving. We were surprised by this large amount and opted for the insurance instead. This was not a problem, it just wasn't expected. All in all, it was a great stay at Sunriver with beautiful weather the entire time we were there.

Making memories!

We had the best week staying at this sweet cabin. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We felt spoiled while there— everything we needed was there. It was amazing having a washer dryer, as we needed it a lot to dry gloves, snow pants, etc. The mud room was great to have. Our kids were always entertained: whether it was playing the games that were provided, watching movies on the entertainment system (great sound bar and awesome TV), sledding... they were happy. The hot tub was a huge plus— coming back from a day on the slopes to have a soak in the hot tub was a treat! The SHARC passes were the cherry on top. We fell in love with Sunriver and can’t wait to make it back here sometime. The owner could not have been more accommodating, more welcoming or more responsive. Worth every penny and then some!

Excellent Cabin!

This cabin was great. It’s clean, comfortable and so cute! The location and neighborhood are great and the hot tub is so relaxing! There is plenty of space for kids to play inside and out. The game selection is a great bonus!

Cute Cabin with a Hot Tub!

COVID Holiday Staycation

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful time in Cabin 4. We were looking for a little getaway in the snow where we didn't have to worry about COVID. This cute, homey cabin in Sunriver was perfect. We really enjoyed all the small things this cabin had. A wide variety of games, plenty of firewood, lots of extra blankets and towels, even a box of tinker toys made for a fun time even with many things in Sunriver closed because of COVID restrictions. We found sleds in the garage and didn't have to buy or rent our own. The hot tub was another added bonus. We came this time for a snow vacation in December, but we would love to come back in the summer to use the SHARC passes, bikes, and community swimming pool. This home was clean and the owner was a pleasure to work with. As we left this morning, my 4 year old said she was going to miss this house and couldn't wait to come back!
