We were there for Jeep Beach We absolutely enjoyed our stay. There’s so much room here. There was only 4 of us… played lots of pool when we weren’t doing Jeep stuff. Loved it was on strip; close to everything we needed!!

Great house. Great location. Steps from the beach also means crossing a busy road - some reviews complained about traffic noise but for the price and the simplicity of the house to the beach - worth it! No complaints - except I couldn’t tell which dispenser was soap vs shampoo vs conditioner - easily remedied! Location at Daytona Beach on Atlantic Ave was perfect!

Clean but had an issue

This place is clean. We did have an issue with someone coming into the house while we were gone, because of this issue, we spoke to the owner and they are changing the way they do their code system for each renter. Knowing someone had access to our valuables and items by using the same code that we were given is concerning and we were really upset. The owner was apologetic upon initial notification of what transpired and I was told that she would reach out to me the next day to let me know who entered the unit. We had to call and email the owner a week later to find out. We were advised it was the previous person that rented the unit and the passcode had not changed. I would add that during our stay every day we were receiving amazon packages for someone and that was the person that entered the rental home during our contractual stay.

Wonderful house and great place to stay. They have everything you need for your stay and absolutely wonderful house and the location is perfect. Right across the road from the beach and I would recommend this place for everyone. I would definitely stay here again

Good for a last minute weekend

House was clean and had lots of room. Kitchen well stocked with things to cook with. Multiple ceiling lightbulbs were not working. Noticed that shower water in bathroom next to kitchen goes cold if kitchen sink faucet is turned on during shower Kids loved having pool table and big screen tv. Game room couch was comfy but looked very disheveled Beach conveniently located across the street but beach has deteriorated - sand bags every where and no beach area to use during high tide. We drove a couple minutes north to Ormond beach. Bedrooms are all on main street side of house. Would suggest box fans in bedrooms to use at night to help block out road traffic noise. Bedrooms all face beach side so rooms are very bright in morning when sun rises. There was a broom but no vaccuum Iron but no ironing board Management very responsive

Home away from home!

Rented this house for our family for a CrossFit competition at the Ocean center which is super close About 1.5 miles. Grocery stores and dinings are very convenient to get to. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked..which I love that! The only complaint I have is traffic noise can be an issue if you’re a slight sleeper which it only happened one night thankfully! The owner is super and very attentive. If you’re looking for a place with cleanliness and good location this is it . Thank you so much for your beautiful home! We too have a rental Property in Clearwater and we see your same passion in making your guests satisfied and happy! I have never given a review before but felt like it deserved to be acknowledged !!!

This is one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed at on vacation. They have everything you need while you are there. Right across road from the beach. Amazing house and location. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

Race Getaway

The property was conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be able to just "move in" and get on with our vacation. We raced at the New Smryna Racetrack so the guys didn't spend much time at the house but it was a nice place to be able to come home to crash in after a long day and night at the track. We would definately consider staying there again next year when we come down for the races. Five stars all around.

Awesome location, right across the beach

We did both beach and Orlando theme park combo trip. We had a great stay at this home. It’s location is awesome, right across the beach entrance, safe neighborhood and an hour distance from Universal studios Orlando park. The house is as shown in the pictures. It was clean and had all beach amenities. Only thing was, the facet in the Master bath sink was super slow and we couldn’t access the garage and the switch didn’t have power connection. The house itself was well kept, multiple TVs, books, puzzles, the kitchen had all needed items and we had a great time staying.

Felt like our home away from home. We were moving our sons into Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and this home was so nice to relax for a few days. BONUS: The beach was right across the street!!

Perfect place to stay if you want to be near the beach!

It was very lovely and we enjoyed every minute of our stay with you. The kitchen is fully equipped. I might have left a rosary and small prayer book in the bedroom with the queen-size bed. Also left shampoo...don't need it, but if your cleaners find the rosary and small prayer book I would like that. I'd be happy to pay for the S&H.

Thank you for allowing us to stay! It was the perfect spot and the beach was beautiful. Very peaceful and we had the best time. We will be back next year!!!! The house was so nice and a very short walk to the beach!!

Location location location

This was a perfect place to stay to be close to the beach. The home had everything that you would need as if you were at home. Unfortunately the first night we were there and cooking dinner a few roaches can out from behind the stove, this freaked everyone out so we spent every waking moment exploring or sitting outside! By the fourth day I walked in the door from the back patio and a HUGE roach came running from under the couch!!! I read the reviews from the month prior and it explained this as well but I couldn’t cancel by the time I read it and the response stated that an exterminator was there right after , I know that these things can happen but I would maybe find a new exterminator or housekeeper. If it wasn’t for the bugs I would for sure go to this home again!!!

The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. the only fault I have with the property is the road noise in the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Better windows would decrease the road noise . We were there for the Jeep week event so a lot of loud stereos at night running the road.

Great place to stay but needing a few updates.

Truthfully want to write an honest review and while it was good overall there were definite things that could be fixed. I’d contact the owner about them as a few updates would make this a five star stay. We stayed here with adults, a teenager and 3 little ones, one under 1. Pros: We walked in and the house was clean and tidied up. There was extra toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, toiletries in the bathrooms and working appliances. My kids loved the extra trundle bed and we appreciated the many extra clean blankets in the closets and the fold up playpen. The location is a traffic light across from the beach, just off A1A! You cannot beat that unless you stay in a beachside rental. That convenience was the best, we loved it! Publix was less than 5 minutes up the road too. It came equipped with everything you’d need to take along to the beach as well. Little things you may overlook, like frisbees, beach bags and extra towels were all clean and ready. When we got back the home had working washer/dryer to toss our laundry and it was full of puzzles, games and a pool table to unwind with after. Everyone appreciated the attention to details and the outdoor grill! Cons: You are staying on A1A. The road is LOUD. Obviously this cannot be fixed, but be aware if you aren’t used to being on a busy road it will be heard at every hour (especially at night, bedrooms are roadside). We used sound machines in the rooms and they made no difference in minimizing the noise. The kitchen had many roaches from behind the stove. Also be aware that “pet friendly with a fee” could bother allergy sufferers. Think it’s the old living room rug. The house has two AC units. One of which (the upstairs and poolroom) was not working properly. We kept cranking it up and it kept reading 65, it was uncomfortably cold! While there were more than enough beds, they are not comfortable at all and rickety. Everyone complained of being sore the next morning. The internet/cable went out on our first morning there (outdoor cameras went out). We had to contact the owner who was out of town because Spectrum wouldn’t speak to us directly. It was never restored during our stay. Big bummer. The DVD player in the living area was not working either. My husband spent way too much time attempting to get a movie on for the kids and eventually he jiggled cables until on our last day it FINALLY worked.

A little dated but clean and adequate.

It is across the street from the beach (which is private property) so you can't access the beach without driving or walking to public access. The furnishings and linens need updated in my opinion. They aren't terrible but I'd suggest updating. The pool table was cool, my 16 year old enjoyed that. It is also a bit dated, though. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall it was adequate and clean. Nothing really special though. 🤷‍♀️

Great location, great house!

This property was perfect for our group! So close to the beach and the stop light the corner made it so easy to get across the street. The outdoor space was great and having the grill made it easy to prepare dinner every night. Will definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay

This is a very nice place. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra amenities. The kitchen was supplied almost as well as my kitchen at home....including an instant pot! Bathrooms and bedrooms all had plenty of extra linens and towels, not just 3 or 4 like a hotel. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. The beach is literally across the street and easily accessible. Very impressed!
