Overall the stay was nice quite space walking distance from Christus Shoreline hospital and Cole park. At check in the place seemed clean however the restroom shower liner was not clean I asked to change it for my personal comfort (I bought with my money). I also had to purchase toilet paper it one roll in there. They did have a lot of seasonings in thr cabinet downside is only hot plates no real stove. The air fryer/ oven looked nasty i did mot use it. I bought my own kitchen aid oven to use. Fridge is small of you put things close to the back of fridge it will freeze it.Internet is okay it did not work the first day or two I was there. However the host was quick to respond and cell service is not the greatest i have AT@T. It was roaches in there i had to get roach spray and traps but after spraying they seemed to die down after my first week. There os only one window unit in the space located in the living room would suggest putting fan in room door way for better circulation along with overhead fam. If you cut off the unit it will get hot fast. If you want to clean you have to bring your own supplies they do not have any other than soap for dishes. If you are staying long term and like to mop you may want to get a cheap one to mop they have no bucket i had to improvise to mop. I was told the cleaning lady brings all the cleaning supplies. They have no washer and dryer I personally went to Laundy Depot instead of Kwiki wash or whatever they suggested Peerless was good too.
