. Very family friendly environment the room was clean, not even the traditional hotel room smell jt was great. The pool down stair was really clean! Everything was great! A lot for families but everyone was very nice and respectful. Defiantly will be returning

Ever plan on staying here, take your own sheets and blankets. Be prepared to feel uneasy walking on the floor feels like your gonna fall through the floor.. I’d rather of stayed at Hotel

It was a very nice stay, but it has its pros and cons, it was extremely musty around the curtains and couch. The apartment is a old building which was fine,Other than that it was a good peacful stay. Beach access and stores was easy access. Pool was excellent.

This was in a great location to all of the spots that we wanted to visit while in Corpus. Very easy access to the beach, which was fantastic. The host was very responsive to any questions that I had before our stay, as well as while we were there.

This rental property is small. Has a very nice balcony but ceiling needs repaired. Floor in the bedroom is spongy. Furniture is outdated. The living room needs to be replaced with a sofa bed or futon instead of a murphy bed to give the small area more room. There were three other adults with me. Would I stay here again? Yes, but with only two adults and with repairs being done.

The property was very out dated. Definitely needed some repairs. Our room as well was dated and could have been in better shape. One of the lamps was broken and another just had one bulb. The refrigerator was leaking from the freezer into the fridge, it had a bowl in it that was to catch the water. There is a murphy bed as well but you can really bring it down because of the living room furniture. This may or may not be important, but for me it is, the elevator did not work. I am a person with disabilities and stairs are difficult and dangerous. If you advertise elevators and know they don't work, you should inform your guest ahead of time. I can go out about the condiof the room and property but I won't. The access to the beach was great and also proximity to attractions was fantastic.

Good place to stay

The property came as advertised and our family had a good experience. The only reason for 4/5 overall rating is that there was a lot of cat and dog poop on the public walkways and yards in the facility.

Thank you Richard. For future reference, reviews are supposed to reflect the host and the condo itself. Anything outside of my four walls is out of my control. I hope that anyone else who reads this will understand that.

Good family fun trip

Went for spring break. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, aquarium, and USS Lexington. Clean. Slept 6 comfortably.

My Stay on North Beach

The condominium was beautiful and it had an extraordinary view of the ocean. We felt at home and really comfortable. We had our private beach access, and it was perfect to ring in the New Year. We had a wonderful 5 days, and we became closer as a family, as a result. Thank you.

Not very clean

The location of the property was great, the unit itself… not so much. Very convenient pool and beach access, close to quite a few attractions. But when we walked into the unit, we couldn’t help but notice it wasn’t clean. Visible dirt and debris on the floor, surfaces didn’t appear to have been cleaned, lipstick residue on drinking glasses, stove was dirty, sheets didn’t appear to have been washed etc. We honestly considered trying to find somewhere else to stay due to the lack of cleanliness, but decided to tough it out for the few days, despite being uncomfortable, instead of losing out on all the money spent and spending an additional few hundred on another place.

It was okay. That's all I can say about it. Bring sheets for the Murphy bed if you need to use it. The twin sheets don't fit. Elevator is currently out of order so you have 37 steps to go up. Not easy for the elderly with lung issues. No ground level rooms.
