Absolutely Awesome!!

Our stay at this cabin was nothing less than what we hoped for, if anything it exceeded our expectations. The cabin looked true to the pictures that were posted and when we arrived the cabin was clean and organized. With all the essentials in place we were ready to relax and enjoy the view. Our host was also responsive and present every time we needed her. This was a special bonus particularly because we got caught in a snow storm so her support was very much appreciated. Our family had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable.

We absolutely loved this cabin, It was great for a group of 9, first day we saw a bear, The cabin had everything we needed and everyone loved the pool table and hot tub..This was our first time staying in tn, and honestly I didn’t want to leave, I would love to move there, Just wanted to say thank you for making our first stay amazing.

Last minute booking. Very nice cabin. Only one tv worked but that's okay since it was a vacation anyway. It had everything we needed. Hot tub was awesome. The pool table was used every night. Would definitely stay again.

Sleeping arrangements and location near both Dollywood and GSMNP were great. Property was managed by a service that ghosted my two attempts to reach out about dead batteries in the thermostat and (chirping) smoke alarm.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: -Upon investigating, our Guest Contact has confirmed that they did not receive any calls or messages from you during your stay. We acknowledge any inconvenience this may have caused in resolving any issues promptly.-Regarding the HVAC system, we have scheduled a maintenance check on the thermostats following your departure. Additionally, as part of our annual maintenance routine recommended by the State Fire Marshal, we will be replacing all batteries in the smoke detectors. It's worth noting that the Fire Marshal recently conducted their annual inspection at the cabin just three weeks ago.We're glad to hear that overall, your stay was enjoyable. great get away

would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away. had a great time.only bad thing is i went to do laundry and the washer was clogged but called and they had someone out there that day, but unfortunately couldnt get it fixed before we left the next day. but no biggie.

Needs a deep cleaning

Good location and Cabin was nice. However, it really needs a deep clean. I'd suggest that someone in charge sit down at the kitchen table for a quick meal. The table illustrates the point appropriately. At the very least please provide cleaning supplies to your guests. A vacuum and basic surface cleaner like 409 would be helpful.

Great place but not clean.

This house was fantastic in every way except cleanliness. The floor did not appear to have been cleaned as we found socks, a toy, debris, and lots of hair in plain sight. The refrigerator definitely had not been wiped out. Lots of smears on the windows and the table tops needed wiped down. The outdoor porches were nice but also a mess. A leaf blower could have cleaned them up quick. We still enjoyed our stay but the lack of cleanliness was bothersome.

Great family vacation!!

On arrival at Bear-rif-ic Cabin we were very pleased with the area of the cabin. Close to all places in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville and the view from all 3 decks was amazing!!! The fact that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom was a big plus!! The cabin was very clean in all rooms, and also outside on the deck areas. The cabin decor was wonderful, all the Bears! When I was booking a cabin, I was looking for the mountain decor, fireplace, amount of space, how rooms were layed out, and location for ease of access to activities. This cabin met all my needs! We very much enjoyed lounging around of an evening watching movies with the fireplace on for extra ambiance. Waking up on the top floor with the sun coming up over the mountains as my first view of the day was awesome! Then to set out on the deck and either rock or swing and listen to the birds was great! The flowers were also in bloom on the property an added touch! We would most definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone whether you are a large family or small it works for everyone!!

Poor supplies and no owner response

The cabin itself is beautiful, BUT when you are a group of 10 (6 kids included) and arrive at this beautiful high area at night and find out there is no hand soap in the lower level, no enough towels, no toilet cleaner (the toilet was smelly when we arrived, and you will need this when you stay for 3 nights with many kids, right?) and you decide to reuse the towels by washing them but cannot find washing pods, what do you do? I contacted the owner, he said they don’t provide any cleaning supplies but will send some towels and hand soap! We spent the whole 3 nights and days and didn’t receive any of what he promised, I re-texted him but he didn’t reply! So, I wouldn’t be coming again to this cabin and won’t recommend it to anyone!

Great cabin in smokies

Excellent cabin for a big family. The cabin is very clean and well maintained. Convenient location to go to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. All the three floors have a bathroom, television set and a patio. Kitchen is well equipped. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

Great Family Getaway

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was just as pictured and described. We enjoyed the sunrise views on the deck and used the hot tub and pool table every day. Beds were comfortable and everyone had plenty of space to relax after fun filled days in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is so much to do in this area- something for everyone and the natural beauty is breathtaking.

Renter Beware !!!!! Horrible

Well we’re do i start.. me and my family arrived at the cabin and it was a mess dirty towels everywhere someone had urinated in the bed the toilets had rings and toilet paper all in it flowers and block pieces where all over the floors all the towels and blankets where dirty the beds were nasty and did I say some one had urinated in one of the beds! Ended up staying in a hotel for the night contacted the owner was told it would be ready in the morning ! Well it’s morning called and was told the cleaning crew was leaving and it was available well once arriving for the 2nd time the place wasn’t touch it was the same as we arrived contacted the owner again was told the cleaning crew was in the area and that it wouldn’t be ready till 4 yes I was told I would receive a refund for the first night which I yet to receive but I still had to pay for a hotel so where was i accommodated for my inconvenience ? Right I wasn’t long story short was the most horrible place I ever rented never again ! Beware renters !!!!!!’

Cute cabin!

Had a wonderful time staying here. Loved the hot tub, and bedrooms on separate levels so we each had our own space. TV in living room had issues staying connected, but no complaints otherwise.

Great cabin in the Smokies!

Stayed here with 3 girlfriends and it was perfect! In the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so not a far drive to either place. Hot tub worked great and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Would stay here again.

Wasn’t the worse

Upon first entry bear-if-ic seemed good, but after a few hours it was just ok. We were locked in the room on the first day, the bedroom door malfunctioned, and apparently they knew about it bc maintenance showed up the next day. (We didn’t say anything bc we just decided to keep the door open after we were rescued so it wouldn’t happen again lol) We knew nothing about maintenance coming and they just let themselves in. My mother was there bc she stayed back because she wasn’t able to walk long distances while we were at Dollywood. The other issue is the spider webs omg there were so many, you couldn’t even sit outside on the back porch, there were hundreds of spider webs. I felt like they should have cleaned the outside dwelling. It was super gross. I didn’t think it was worth the price considering…

Great Getaway

We had a great stay at this cabin. There was plenty of room for us to all spread out and enjoy the trees! The three different decks were amazing.
