Granite counter tops in kitchen with Stainless Steel Refrigerator. Synergy Magnetic Indoor Cycling Bike made by Sunny. Washer and dryer also included.

Good stay

It worked good for us as we really just needed a place to sleep while visiting family. It’s in a gated community that is nice. There is lots of rooms and extra spaces. Touch keypad entrance with security. I think the price reflects the place but things I think would improve the overall stay would be softer mattresses, extra blankets and pillows, curtains to make the rooms darker for sleeping and a little bit of updating to the bathrooms.

Great find!

My fiance and I flew in from up north and wanted a place where we could have his family all come and spend some time together while we were in town. The house was huge, plenty of space for 7 adults. Check in was easy, host was very responsive and accommodating. The area was close to grocery stores and restaurants. Super safe area. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again for sure! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Awesome Home

My stay was great. The home is beautiful and is exact as the description listed. Communication with the owner was great. They are very quick to respond to any questions, concerns and issues. The only issue for me was the cleanliness of the Master bathroom. There was hair in the shower, floor and tub. I had to clean it before using it. Overall I would stay at this property again.

Lovely home away from home

The home is clean and well-maintained with everything needed for my stay and then some. Peaceful neighborhood. Easy check-in and check-out. Would gladly visit again.

Our Cousin’s Trip To Houston

We loved the size of this home and it fit our group of 5 adults well! Two of the girls had their own rooms with queen beds and a shared Jack & Jill Full Bathroom between them downstairs! The other girl had her own queen room upstairs with her own Full Bathroom and a loft area all to herself! The Master downstairs had a King and was shared with the last 2 girls! Every room had its own TV! There was plenty of seating for dining as they had a separate dining room with room for 7-8 easily! There was a brand new picnic table outside for outdoor seating! We enjoyed that every single bathroom had it’s own dispenser for Body Wash/Shampoo/Conditioner! That would’ve been nice to know in the description of the rental property because all 5 of us brought our own!! Close to shopping and dining out! Starbucks was less than a mile and McDonalds for any lovers of that was at the entrance to the gated community! Grocery was less than 1 miles with choices of Aldi/Walmart/Kroger/H.E.B. Also liquor stores were within a mile too! Great home, great location, great communication with Hosts! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Houston area! Also only 23 min from the airport in Monday morning rush hour traffic! A little disappointed that the pools weren’t open in March the weather was beautiful and we would’ve enjoyed use of that Amenity!

Best Christmas holiday ever!

Great! - Rented this awesome property for my brother and his family from Canada, who stayed here over the Christmas and New Year holidays to share in the joy of our son's wedding. The property was in the same sub-division we live in and walking distance from our house. It was everything depicted on the website and more. Beautiful home!! - very well kept., clean, tidy and spacious. We even discovered a nice travel baby cot for my grand nephew in one of the closets (we had intended purchasing one from Walmart when they arrived).The owner was very responsive and even accommodated a last minute day- extension request so that my niece and nephew could stay the night to catch their return flights home, after their parents left. They said it was their best Christmas holiday ever - thanks in part to the experience they had in this home. We will definitely be back often!!!! - Thank you so much!!

The location of this property was very conveniently located near my nephews home in the same subdivision. And allowed us to go back-and-forth and enjoy our time with family and have private time when needed. I like that it had the basic anmeities, such as paper towel and toilet paper as well as shampoos and conditioner. Found that the patio was not very clean and found a couple items under the beds. Just makes me wonder about deep cleaning. Overall, if I were to visit this neighborhood again I would probably book this house again.

Very spacious and in a nice area

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is very spacious, plenty of room for 6 people. The home is located in a secured gated community. The host did a great job communicating back and forth with us throughout our stay.

One of The Best Properties Ever!

My self and other family members traveled to Spring, TX to visit other family members in Spring and Katy. Choosing his house was one of the best decisions I've made. The home is part of a guarded - gated community, which put us at ease, considering there were only women staying in the home. The home is beautiful, well taken care of & had more than enough room. The furnishings were nice and well taken care of. The home was very clean & the owners supplied plenty of towels, blankets, utensils, dinnerware, dish and washing machine detergent, sanitizer, etc. The grounds and poll were very nice too. My cousin rented a home near by. Once his spouse & her sister visited our rental, the women decided to hang out with us for the remainder of the stay. The owners were great about accommodating the extra guest (be sure to let them know, you have extra guest). When I got to the property, I had a question, although they provided clear and concise rental instructions. I received my response w/in 2 minutes. The next time I'm in the Spring, TX area, I will definitely book this property and have already started informing my friends and family, so they can have the same opportunity when they travel to that area to visit family. Kudos to James and Dolly for being The Best owners and allowing myself and family the use of their property!
