Welcome to Villa Marcelina, Rose Garden. Private Pool Home for Families.

Villa Marcelina is located in the heart of Cape Coral, it is nestled in the historical neighborhood Rose Garden. The Villa was completely renovated and furnished in June 2023 and convinces with it's modern features.

Cape Coral is on the Gulf of Mexico in SW Florida. With 360 days of sunshine, you can expect a warm and mild climate throughout the entire year which is perfect for sun lovers, boaters and outdoor activities.

The air-conditioned vacation home includes a 1,540 sq ft living area, an electric heatable pool as well as a covered patio to enjoy the evenings.

The villa is located in Rose Garden sourrounded by a quiet neighborhood. Only a few minutes drive you'll find supermarkets (Walmart, Publix, CVS) and restaurants.

Near the villa is the "Rotary" park which is perferct for long walks.

You can visit the beach in Cape Coral within 10 minutes by car. Either relaxing hours at the beach or multiple sport offers, there's something for everyone.

Ft Meyers is a 15 minutes car ride away. There are many more restaurants, shopping malls, beaches and attractions for your enjoyment.

The maximum amount of persons allowed in this house is 6, regardless of age. Additional persons are not allowed at any time due to Fire Marshal restrictions. Any overcrowding of the accommodation will automatically lead to a fully chargeable cancellation.

The home in Cape Coral starts with an incredible neighborhood, and the story continues as you enjoy a beautiful pool and the relaxation around this home. We enjoyed many relaxing walks, and the close access to many delightful restaurants in this area. We would love to book it again.

Loved Villa Marcelina!

The house was nicely stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. Everything was in working order and when the hot water heater leaked (in the garage) the owner/management company replaced it immediately. The communication with the management company was great and very responsive. The pool was is good working order and the heater worked well. This house is located in a very nice neighborhood. Everything was in good working order. Nice stay.

Very happy with the stay.

This beautiful home is clean, nicely stocked, & so "zen" just as we needed. Appreciate the use of the garage as the FL sun can be brutal. Love how quiet the neighborhood is. Convenient to grocery stores, eateries, etc. Management lady was very helpful & responsive. Will definitely visit again.

Nice and clean house

Had a great time in this nice house. Located in a residential area. Nice and spacious pool for the family, a barbecue for dad. Publix supermarket was 5 minutes away, 50 minutes to Sanibel Island, 30 minutes to Fort Myers beach.

Spring Training Baseball made fun and easy to access from Home.

Overall it was a perfect size house for the 2 of us. Because we are baseball fans of the MN Twins we were always going to games everyday and did not have use for the pool. The residential area was nice and quiet. The only thing that we were a little bit disappointed in was the pillows. We are not feather pillow users so we did have to utilize the pillow shames and decorative pillows to make our pillow more dense. Weather was perfect and enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. This is a great house in a very friendly, safe area. Great for a morning run or afternoon walk plus close to an unlimited number of activities and eateries. Would definitely use this VRBO again.

Nice house, good location coma need some updates

The house is nice, the kitchen is perfect, everything you need, everything is clean and new,The kitchen is lovely, 2 smart TVs, Nice pool with some pool toys. Bad’s are not comfortable, mattresses are not comfortable, You don’t get a comfortable sleep. When we arrived the heated pool was cold, the management people forgot to turn the heater on, that’s what we were told next day when the management person came in, then the timer set up to shut off at certain time, was told that I have to manually turn it on every day in order for the pool to stay warm because it wouldn’t heat from the sun, It was a little chilly when we were there, in the rulebook it’s says that we have to keep in mind that the toilet water flushing handles needs to be adjusted every time you use it,That’s kind of crazy when you rent out a house this kind of issues should be solved by the owner, The sliding door to the pool Wouldn’t keep closed at all times unless you lock it from inside, warm or cold air would get into a house because the sliding door doesn’t stay closed all the way, we were charged extra for electricity, maybe because we have heat on for a few days, maybe because of the sliding door issues, and maybe because we had to keep the pool heater running in order to get warm water. But everything else looks good in the house, we have a good time but some issues should be fixed in our opinion, thank you very much for everything, it was good vacation The best parts of this house is the kitchen and the screened swimming pool

Hello Alex, Thanks for your rating. The quality of our beds is very good, but unfortunately the comfort of the mattresses is a very subjective matter. We are not aware that we are referring in our housbook to a defect in the toilet flush. Obvious defects are of course repaired immediately in order to offer our guests a great and trouble-free stay. As mentioned in every offer, the guest pays a discount in advance for the expected electricity consumption. After the end of the stay, there is either a refund or an additional payment, depending on consumption. Due to the cool weather and the regular operation of the pool heater, you incurred additional costs. Best regards Bernd
