Vacation rental close to the beach.

To book for your next summer vacation, a pleasant T3 of 56 m2, completely renovated, located 600 m from Nauzan beach, accessible on foot and 300 m from the sea. In order to guarantee maximum comfort and a pleasant stay for holidaymakers who trust us, the capacity is limited to 5 people, provided there are children, if not 4 adults only. Arrivals and departures take place on Sunday. The accommodation is located in a small horizontal condominium, adjoining each side, not overlooked, and in a quiet area. He understands :
- on the ground floor a living room with American kitchen equipped but without dishwasher, a bedroom with 140 cm bed (2014 bedding) and an adjoining bathroom with basin and bath, separate WC
- upstairs a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a mezzanine with a pull-out bed (sleeping 90 and 80 cm), a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet (70 cm shower tray).
- a flowered patio terrace without vis-à-vis 20 m2, facing south, with electric blind, garden furniture, texilene sun loungers and gas griddle.
- a private parking space in front of the apartment.
- a part of the garage that can be used for storage.

Elements of comfort: color flat screen TV (80 cm), fridge-freezer + table top fridge, washing machine, small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, mini oven, iron and ironing board, plancha gas ...), no dishwasher for lack of space to install one (no location provided when designing the kitchen). Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available.

The beds are equipped with blankets, duvets and pillows (60x60), as well as mattress pads changed between each tenant. Bed and household linen is not provided.
For optimum comfort and satisfactory living conditions, the capacity is limited to 5 people (adults + children) and 4 people if they are only adults.
A cleaning option of € 80 to subscribe and pay locally is offered. In case of non-subscription of this option, the cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the tenant and must be carried out with the greatest care. The sum of 80 € will be deducted from the amount of the deposit in the event of non-compliance with this recommendation.

The rental is available during the summer period from Sunday to Sunday inclusive, the owners reserving the use outside the above dates.
For organizational matters (travel provided for each change of tenants among others), the arrival times (not before 4 p.m.) and departures (not after 10:30 a.m.) must be scrupulously observed and cannot be changed. Thank you for your understanding.
