Beautiful very comfortable apartment of 50 m2 with sea view and swimming pool in a new secure residence. Two rooms with direct access to the 20 m2 terrace, facing South. High-end services in the residence: 2 adult swimming pools and a children's swimming pool, caretaker, lift, 1-space car park. Well equipped (wifi internet, kitchen, appliances), plenty of storage, air conditioning. Located 15 minutes from downtown Cannes.
The Royal Palm is one of the few residences on the seafront where the train does not pass between the residence and the sea

Très bel appartement bien situé dans une résidence de standing sécurisée, face à la piscine et la mer. Le logement est bien agencé, clair, spacieux, fonctionnel et très propre. Les meubles sont beaux et pratiques, bonne literie, salle de bain superbe. La terrasse est spacieuse et son agencement nous protège du regard des voisins.

Canne la Bocca

Appartement très agréable meublé avec gout et situé dans une belle résidence . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la mer est à 50 m avec de belles plages de sable. Les premiers commerces ( épicerie, boulangerie...) se trouvent à la Bocca à 20 minutes à pied; mais en longeant le bord de mer, c'est sympa. Sinon, il y a une grande surface à 10 minutes en voiture.
