Spacious & Bright 3BD--Large Deck, A/C, Close to Coast Guard Beach & Highland Light

This spacious and bright three-bedroom home with air conditioning is on a quiet dead-end road on Truro's ocean side. Roomy and open--over 3000 sq. ft.--the home is set on a wooded, private lot with distant views of Cape Cod and and the Pilgrim Monument from the master balcony.

Enter a foyer which opens to the sun-filled living room with brand new sofa and chairs, ceiling fan and decorative fireplace (not for use)--a great spot for wine and conversation. Just off the living room is a cozy media room with comfortable seating and flat screen smart TV with cable and WiFi. The living room with vaulted ceiling and several large windows is open to the loft above giving the space an airy feel. A slider leads to the large main deck that runs the length of the house.

The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and Corian counter tops. The kitchen looks out over the dining area and deck beyond. The dining area has a large table with chairs and a slider to the main deck. There is also a half bath on the first floor, just off the foyer.

Stairs from the foyer lead to the second floor loft. The spacious loft has a queen sleep sofa for additional sleeping space. The loft is open and bright and looks out over the living room. The roomy primary bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, flat screen smart TV with cable and balcony with beautiful distant views of Provincetown and the bay. The primary bedroom has built-in drawers, two closets and a custom bathroom with separate Jacuzzi shower and Jacuzzi tub.

Stairs from the living room lead to the lower level with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV with cable*. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on this level with access from the hall and the bedroom with the queen. There is a laundry area with washer and dryer. A slider from the hall leads to the lovely backyard.

AIR CONDITIONING: Four ductless split-unit air conditioners (one above the window in the loft and one in each bedroom).

* Television: The TV in the living room and in the three bedrooms all have Fire Sticks. Hulu Live (cable channels) and Hulu streaming content provided.

This property has wonderful outdoor spaces including a fenced-in area below the deck and mature plantings, the master bedroom balcony with distant water views, and the large first floor main deck with gas and charcoal grills, outdoor furniture and unenclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy the sun, or create a shady area with the deck's awning. Bonus: Tenants may use the garage to store bikes, kayaks and beach equipment.

The property is on Truro's desirable ocean side. Just over a mile and a half to Coast Guard Beach--a 4-minute drive or 7-minute bike ride for swimming, surfing, sunbathing and Cape Cod National Seashore biking/walking trails. Golf at Highland Links or tour Highland Lighthouse, just under a mile away--a 2-minute drive or 5-minute bike ride. Don't miss the great schedule of live concerts under the tent at Payomet Performing Arts--also less than a mile away. Six-minute drive to Cold Storage Beach on Truro's bay side. Less than two miles to Salty Market --a 4-minute drive or 8-minute bike ride. Short drive to Truro's popular restaurants. Less than a 15-minute drive to Provincetown for incredible restaurants, shops, galleries, night clubs, live entertainment, whale watches and other fun on the water.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

September Family Vacation

We love North Truro and Provincetown, been coming here for years camping @ Hortons. We wanted a property near that area as we no longer camp. The property was minutes from all of the places we love and 10 minutes from Provincetown. The house was in a very private area with great views from the upper deck. Open floor plan was great, everyone had plenty of space to enjoy and relax outside and inside. Weather was amazing, and we had a blast.

Beautiful home. Excellent, quiet location

This home was in a perfect location near pristine beaches and incredible food. With PTown 15 minutes away, you can’t ask for better. We loved Truro and this home had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. Loved the balcony off the master bedroom (could have used a few chairs or a bistro table) and that the den TV had Netflix- a definite plus! A few minor things: the house wasn’t cleaned properly. You could smell the bathrooms had been done but the dust, cobwebs and tons of spiders (even one salamander downstairs) told a different story. The deck has dangerous nails up, which should be deck screws. If you have little kids beware! Also, the air conditioning seemed to be on a weird schedule we couldn’t figure out. It got very hot on the upper level. The gas stove was quirky. Some days it would light no problem, other days we had to use matches for the burners. Other than those very minor things, we truly enjoyed our stay here. It was lovely.

Truro Property

This property is located in a superb area; Coast Guard Beach can be reached by bike in 10 minutes. The building is full of space for 6 guests and well equipped.

Summer getaway

Our weeklong stay in Truro was excellent. We loved the location of the house - it felt private while being within a very short driving distance to beaches, markets, restaurants, and Provincetown. The house itself was beautiful, uncluttered, very spacious. The kitchen could use some more upscale utensils and more plates, but that’s minor. We all wished we could stay longer.
