Well appointed and maintained 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, end unit condo in desirable Lely area of Naples. Private, quiet and attractive neighborhood. This condo off of St. Andrews Boulevard overlooks Royal Palm Golf course, the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Lots of grass and palm trees to view from the lanai.
Guests will have the entire condo to themselves with access to the common areas such as the pool and hot tub, the communal gas grill and the lanai by the pool.
Located in Naples Florida United States this well desired subtropical neighborhood off Rt. 41 also know as Tamiami Trail. St. Andrews Boulevard is approximately 2 miles long with sidewalks on both sides and a bicycle lane. The Boulevard is lined with plenty of palm trees making for a relaxing and beautiful entrance. Deerwood Circle has 5 separate condo associations
Naples Pier, Gulf Shore Boulevard, 5th Ave and 3rd St. are a 15-20 minute drive. Marco Island is 20-minutes away.

I spent 25-years as a special educator and department chair in a small Rhode Island town. Naples Florida has been a second home to me and my family as my late father wintered there since 1988. I recall many vacations with time spent wading by the pool, reading on the lanai, swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, and dining at some of the best restaurants in South West Florida. Naples Florida, and 212 Deerwood Circle hold a very special place in my heart and I have enjoyed transitioning to the short term rental market to share my home with others.

Since 212 Deerwood Circle has always been and will remain primarily for family use, the condo feels like home. It is well appointed, fully equipped, and impeccably clean.
The location is perfect for those who want to winter in a quiet, peaceful, and safe area. Located approximately 15-20 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the famous 5th Ave and 3rd St and the gulf shore beaches, a 20-minute drive from Marco Island, and about 45-minutes from the Florida Everglades, this beautiful condo is the perfect place to beat the winter blues. Additionally, 212 Deerwood Circle runs off St. Andrew Blvd, a 2-mile road with sidewalks for walking and a bike lane to cycle. Shopping is plentiful in every direction.
The grounds of the condo overlook the prestigious and private Royal Palm County Club, are well groomed, with plenty of trees, and a gated heated pool and jacuzzi. There are 3-main buildings and #212 is the center building with unit #5 on the end of the second floor. The 2nd- floor end unit is spectacular as there is plenty of light, a gentle breeze, and provides a sense of privacy.
