Gone Gulf'N is approximately 2600 square feet with fantastic views of the Emerald water. Home has a large open area for entertaining and a gourmet kitchen. The house also boasts plenty of outdoor space (covered and uncovered) with your very own Private Luxury Pool over-looking the beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico.
Gone Gulf'N is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Ocean! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need.... including an EXTRA fridge! Home also has a TON of Parking! Enough for an RV, Boat or Motorcycle trailer! Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family and friends.
Home is located on Spyglass Drive on the East end of Panama City Beach. The home's location couldn't be better; you're walking distance to several restaurants, night spots and a short bike ride to St Andrews State Park. Whether you're watching the sunbathers or the sunsets, you can't beat this view! No groups under age 25 would be allowed to rent.

Family Thanksgiving and engagement

The location of house was perfect to beach and patches to eat! The only complaint was bedrooms were set up to have maybe families. Would have liked to have a couple bedrooms at least private for adults.

Great house and location

This house worked great for our family of 12. There was just enough beds for everyone. The house was in a great location with the beach access directly across the street. It was also centrally located to many businesses and restaurants. The state park was really close by where I would walk every morning. The pool was nice to lounge by but the water was a little cool in October. The sunset was gorgeous to watch every night from the beach.

Awesome Vacation

The house was very nice and we had an amazing stay. Only problem we had was maintenance came by unannounced which is not a big deal but we were unable to help them the firs time they came by cause we weren't there. Other then that it was wonderful weather and nice and close to the beach. House is nicer then the pictures. Giving this place a 10/10

Excellent for 6 adults and 7 kids

Excellent property for 6 adults and 7 kids ranging from 1-5! Cannot be the location with the beach access and Patches a few steps away. There were no bad rooms and plenty of beds. Open floor plan and minimal furniture was perfect for our group. The kids loved the shallow deck in the pool. Perfect for what we needed. Thank you, Ben and group!!

Spring Break 2023

The Property was amazing and in a great location. Literally steps from the beach. Plenty of room for a group of ten which consisted of 5 adults and 5 teenagers. Love that we had laundry and it was on the second floor. Would be nice to add more glasses(wine glasses especially) and coffee mugs. We ended up buying some of these at the dollar store nearby and left them. Also, it would be great if there were some beach chairs provided. We know these can get broken but it would be worth the investment. Besides that, we loved the place and would go back again. The local bar, Patches right up the street was great too!

More quarantine please!

This property is just what the eight of us needed to shelter in place with a change of scenery. I think the property was better in person than represented online. Plenty of space to spread out, eat meals, watch numerous televisions, walk to the beach between rain showers, and swim in the pool. Grocery stores were close, and the area was super friendly and safe. ECh bedroom was an en suite, plenty of dishes, and the views were spectacular. Most people went to the beach early in the morning and set up their tent. Saturday and Sunday was a bit difficult to keep a safe distance from our neighbors on the beach, but every other day was great. I’m not sure if Covid had an effect on the fact that we had to supply every cleaning and household items for the house. This included toilet paper, dish detergent, counter top cleaner, kitchen scrub brush etc. I was able to text a few questions and issues that were resolved within an hour by the property manager. Book this place – you won’t regret regret it!

Beautiful Property

This vacation rental is by far the best one we have stayed in at PCB. It is located on the quiet east end on PCB close to the State Park. The pictures definitely do not do this place justice. The short 30 second walk to the beach access is closer then any condo we have stayed in prior. The dead end road allowed our youngest a guests to ride their scooters around without fear of many cars. The home instead was large with oversized bedrooms and very comfy beds. The kitchen was completely stocked with any and everything you could possibly need. A very good amount of towels were provided as well not just a few. There are multiple refrigerators which was a major bonus. Ben the manager was so easy to work with and responded to any questions super fast. The pool was incredibly clean and was checked/cleaned multiple times during our stay. The outdoor rising showed had super hot water and there was even another rising area to help clean the sand from all your beach items. Neighbors were incredibly friendly also. The restaurant/bar that is just 1 house away had live music nearly every night and amazing food and drinks we visited there many times. We will definitely be booking this house again in the future!

Location is everything

This property was everything we had hoped for... well almost. We were welcomed by the cleaning crew who were in the process of cleaning up shattered glass table from the previous party. The location couldn’t have been any better, just steps from the beach with ample parking and a gorgeous outdoor sitting area (pool could’ve been warmer). The layout of the house was perfect, plenty of room for two families with small children to “hang out.” The kitchen was stocked with ample supplies to cook dinners each night we were there. The bedrooms were spacious and great that each had an on suite for privacy. The owners were harder to get ahold of than the president. We reached out multiple times due to cockroaches, broken glass in a foot, and screws/nails that were sticking out from the pool deck that were stepped on multiple times. It took 3 days from reaching out until someone finally came and for the price we paid, that shouldn’t have been the case. All in all it was a great trip with a great location. Moving forward, If the customer service was better it would’ve been a 9/10 but if we had to rate it, it’d be a 6/10.

Love this area!!

We're familiar with the area but had not stayed at this property before. There is VERY convenient beach access, also close to St. Andrews St Park, and an easy drive to Pier Park and all the attractions. Grocery stores and dining are also very convenient. The house is fabulous. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. We had Thanksgiving with friends over and there was plenty of seating inside/outside, where ever you felt comfortable. We are three adults (husband/wife & grandfather) plus 3 kids. This house would easily accommodate more than twice our number comfortably. Every bedroom has an en suite. This is the first time we have worked with Ben's Beach Homes, but it will not be the last. This is the most responsive team I've ever worked with. They stopped at nothing to solve all issues we had. None were the fault of anything they could have foreseen. Great team!!

This Home is a Perfect Home away from Home. It had the large open spaces that we wanted for our large family to gather without feeling cramped. We love being able to walk just 50 feet to the white sand. Another thing that we loved was being able to park plenty of cars when people come to visit. The large pool is also great for large groups.
