Condo in the center of OOB, but on a quiet street. Minutes walk to the beach, Amusement park, shops, the Pier and restaurants. Sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen. Well furnished & super clean. Queen bed and sofa bed. Roku TVs in both rooms. Fast Wi-Fi, 1 free parking space. Additional parking next door at $10 to $15. Washer and dryer in the basement. Walk and enjoy the 7 mile beach. Great location and perfect size for a small family. Short walk to the beach, pier, shopping & amusement park. Property was clean and convenient - we would definitely recommend!

Great location to the beach and not far from food and convenience items. We had four in our party and that seemed a little crowded. The futon was a terrible place to sleep, one person ended up on the floor. I did request extra blankets and only found an old throw and comforter, the owner did not respond to this request. Our pillows could have been fresher also. The queen bed was incredibly soft, and was a relief compared to the futon. Other than sleeping arrangements this was a cozy place for late season travelers.

Just right!

Figuring out which lockbox held our keys was the only problem we had with this stay. Most others lockboxes were marked with the apt. number but ours was not and there were a couple of lockboxes to choose from. The place was cute! Plenty of room for two people. If you are a larger person, the spiral staircase may be difficult for you. Great area. We were there in off season but it was still a very nice place to stay and see the water.
