Beachfront Studio in Aguada

Welcome to our charming beachfront studio! This cozy space is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

As soon as you enter, you will be greeted with a comfortable queen size bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop (no oven) for you to create delicious meals. The studio also features A/C that cools the entire unit, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable during your stay.

Step outside onto the patio and take in the breathtaking views of the beach. Relax in the outdoor hammock and sitting area, or fire up the charcoal BBQ for a fun outdoor dining experience. A short walk will take you to a local bakery, bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy for any essentials you may need.

The studio is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Rincon, so you can easily explore the town and all it has to offer. Direct access to the beach means you can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or simply taking in the beautiful views.

Please note that there are two units on the property that are rented through Airbnb, so the patio area is shared. However, each unit is private and gives you the opportunity to meet other travelers. Off-street parking is available for your convenience.

While we are always available to help with any questions or concerns, we respect your privacy and will interact with you as much or as little as you prefer.

Please treat the space with the same respect you would in your own home and keep in mind that this is a residential area. Loud music or talking late at night is not allowed as it may disturb other guests.

Escape to our beachfront studio and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. A rental car is highly recommended for easy access to nearby attractions. We hope to welcome you soon!

Wonderful Stay

Visiting the west side and staying in Aguada was a first! I loved my stay! The apartment was cozy and quiet. I really enjoyed the outdoor space and the closeness to the beach was the best treat of all. Communication with management was great and would stay again. Highly recommended!!

Great location!

We arrived during a power grid failure, hosts were helpful to accommodate entry since we could not gain access to our details. The studio has a great location and has what you need for a comfortable stay. The bar, food truck & bakery located at the end on the street are great and a short walkable distance. The beach is amazing and I found so much seaglass!

We loved how close it was to the beach. We wish we had direct access to the beach, maybe a set of stairs and a fence to keep neighbors out that were hanging out directly next door to us in the park area. Other than that the area was safe, we enjoyed it and will definitely book again.

The property was pretty easy to find and there were no problems getting in our place. It was a modest studio but had everything we needed and then some i.e. beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys etc.

Perfect Beachfront Stay

The apartment was everything we needed for a short stay in Puerto Rico. It was close to Rincon and Aguadilla (about 10-15 minutes driving), in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach with gorgeous sunset views. One of the best parts was being able to hear the ocean as you fall asleep. The apartment was clean, the AC ran great when we needed it, WiFi was good.

Easy, No-frills, Comfortable Stay

The Alamar 2 was an easy, no-frill, comfortable stay. The view was awesome and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves was a little bit of heaven. The apartment was no-frills but we didn't need it for anything more than a place to sleep and cook some breakfast. The host was very helpful and attentive. Our neighbors in the adjacent apt were a bit louder than we would have liked in the morning (there is a shared patio) as they sat under our window talking but it wasn't obnoxious.

Lovely large, private property with a small covered area for coffee or a bbq as well as an open deck near the back of the property overlooking the beach. Direct access to the sandy beach or you can walk to the public access about 100m farther down the road. Large, fresh, airy suite. Kitchen has everything you need. Large comfortable bed and a large sitting area. As a grumpy old guy that has to make a regular trip to the washroom every night the slow start light bulb was appreciated. Good parking on the street. The host was excellent communicating and answers questions or concerns immediately. Smart TV for streaming.
