We loved staying at this VRBO! it was close enough to walk to some good restaurants. Short walk down to the beautiful beach and Walgreens is conveniently right across the street! My 13 year old son loved it also, we plan to stay again!

Flexible check in

The owner was very flexible with check-in due to flight changes, very much appreciated. They were able to accommodate because it was not rented the night before.

This was our first time to Puerto Rico and we had no idea of where we were staying. It turned out to be an excellent place to stay. Beautiful beach on the rear of the hotel. Availability of chairs and umbrella was great. Walked out the front door we were in the city. Which turned out that we didn’t really need to rent a car. Walk to restaurants, convenience stores, souvenir, shops, fast food was there if you wanted it. We will definitely be back. The only drawback was the spotty Wi-Fi when I tried to use my tablet. I wouldn’t even be on it for a minute and I would get kicked off, which I only used in the early morning and late evenings because the rest of the time was spent outside.

Everything was great!! The ameneties provided was very generous, well thought out a considerate. Makes one want to never consider going back to hotels ever again.Host Maribel, answered all our questions.Took some doing to get key from lock because we were not familiar with style of lock. When unlocked, the front of it releases a flap as you hold down a release lever. So not intuitive. Gate remote clicker provided in room.Other than that it was great

Great accomodations at a fantastic location

Comfortable apartment with an amazing view, right on Isla Verde beach. Communication from host needs improvement, we didn't receive checkin information until last minute and that was after getting VRBO involved.

Perfect location!

This location is absolutely perfect! Literally right on the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. There’s jet skiing, parasailing and more right on the beach. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas to rent ($4 per chair $8 per umbrella, well worth it! Although there were camp like chairs available at the condo, as well as boogie board and small cooler). Kitchen was well equipped, master bedroom bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were in excellent condition and very comfy. Also the air conditioning worked excellent! While I would absolutely stay here again, I do also want to mention some things that could use improvement. As another reviewer wrote, communication with the owner was slow at best. While there are two bedrooms, the second bedroom bed was not very comfortable (probably fine for a few kids but I wouldn’t recommend for a second couple). The worst thing in my opinion, and possibly the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again, is the blinds are basically sheer, so every morning when the sun comes up at 6am it’s extremely bright in the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep.

Daughters 18th Birthday

This is a beautiful place. We hosted a dinner party with 11 people and had a great time. The hostess was very nice and was eager to help. Also the beach is right there!!!! I will stay here again.

Isla Verde is the most popular touristic area of Puerto Rico. Is right on the coast with the most beautiful beaches to bathe in or take a suntan. Very secure with lots of police routes and 24/7 security on the Condominium. A great variety of restaurants for your enjoyment from seafood to stakes, Italian, Mexican, Argentinian, Cuban, American and of course Puerto Rican food.
