Wonderful place to stay. Everything was great. Very nice house and well kept in a nice neighborhood. Views from the yard. Hiking trails start about 100 yards away. Highly recommend .

Property was very well kept, clean and well supplied. Wonderful house for us 2 couples. Location was great also.

Terrific house! Terrific location!

We stayed at this house for a few days in mid-May. The house is spotless, modern, with a great layout which suited two couples perfectly. Well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. Service and responsiveness was outstanding. We were considering using the outdoor grill and noticed the propane was out (which was absolutely no big deal to us) and the owner had a new tank installed within 30 minutes. Great location for our Bryce and Zion hiking. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone.

Loved everything about this home!

The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything you could need, the views out the back were spectacular and enjoyed while sitting at the outdoor dining table or in the hot tub. The location was great as well with easy access to our destinations. I will stay there again if in town again and highly recommend this to others!

Wonderful hub for all of your adventures

My wife and I stayed here while we traveled to and from a few of the national and state parks in the area. It was great to have a garage to go in and out of, have a hot tub after a day of hiking, and relax in front of the tv for a bit before doing it all again. This place truly is stocked with all of the amenities that you could need. The blankets and beds were VERY comfortable. From walking the other bedrooms, it seemed as though they were using very comfortable mattresses there as well. There are some mountain views out the front and back. Out the back, you can see the start of Kanab with some gas stations and hotels, but the experience was not hindered by that at all. We could have easily had 6 adults here and all been very comfortable with the accommodations. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore places like Bryce, Zion, Escalante, or take a kayak tour in page. All places were 45 min to 1.5 hours away. Our favorite hike outside of the NP's was wire pass, HIGHLY recommend.

Great home!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO home over the Thanksgiving break! The property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our holiday feast, which was a huge plus! The location was perfect for exploring Kanab and the surrounding attractions like Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Staircase-Escalante. One of the highlights was relaxing in the jacuzzi under the star-filled sky—absolutely breathtaking. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient base in Kanab. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving so special!

National Park Adventure

It was the ideal location for our adventure to Grand Canyon North, Zion, and Bryce. The property was exactly what we needed. It was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the view was spectacular. We were pleasantly surprised that a gas bbq grill and hot tub had been added as well! We loved the property and highly recommend it!

Great place for our epic adventure

Thank you for sharing your amazing home. Not only is it a beautiful home, it’s in a great location in Kanab with an awesome view out the back. We loved every aspect of our stay and were very comfortable, especially hanging out at night after our days packed with adventure. Though we didn’t use the jacuzzi, that’s a wonderful addition. Highly recommend choosing this place, you won’t regret it!!!

The house was really beautiful, well equipped and comfortable . It was convenient to all the parks we visited and Kanab has great restaurants and shops. The view out the back was beautiful and a wonderful spot to sit after a day of hiking. The beds and the pillows were also very comfortable

Beautiful, Bright, Clean Home! Close to Everything.

We stayed for 4 nights in June as a base to visit Page, hike The Wave, and visit Zion National Park. The house is in a convenient location for all of these!The house was so beautiful and spacious and the view was great.The house is located close (within walking distance) to a 7/11, gas station and Wendy's which is very convenient. The supermarkets were about a 2 minute drive away, as well as restaurants, activity centers, etc.The house was well equipped, and had a pantry with loads of essentials.The beds were comfortable, and the sheets and comforter in the master bedroom were so soft and cozy.Instructions were clear and easy. The host was very responsive. Any inquiry I had was answered immediately! Would recommend.

Family Hiking Adventure

We stayed at “Bright Modern Abode” in Kanab for 5 nights at end of May. The house was so clean and comfortable with gorgeous views from the master bedroom. Kanab was a great base for our visits to Zion, Bryce, and the North rim of the Grand Canyon. We really loved sitting outside at the back table. Highly recommend this house and wish I could have stayed longer!

Great House

We loved this property. Views were great! We were centrally located to several major attractions. Kanab is a great town! Only thing missing was a blow dryer and an adequately supply of toilet paper.

Unbeatable view

Our family of 5 had a wonderful 3 night stay. The home was perfect for our needs - clean, comfortable, great space for gathering. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The view of the sunrise over the cliffs from the master bedroom was truly spectacular! Would definitely book again.

Perfect fit for our needs
