Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath private home with a heated pool in the heart of Anna Maria.

This luxury Key West style home has 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms and is situated in Anna Maria.

The kitchen has lovely granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances. There is a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and coffee maker. The small breakfast bar seats three and the formal dining area has room to seat six comfortably. With comfortable couches and plenty of seating options, the flat-screen TV can provide hours of entertainment. The extra-large master suite has a double shower, hot tub, toilet and sink and is fitted with a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the last 2 bedrooms has two twin beds. There is a two-car garage for ample parking and a laundry room comes complete with a full-sized washer and dryer.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

Bedroom Layout: #1 main floor queen size, #2 upper level ensuite king bed, #3 two twin beds, #4 two twin beds. Sleeps 8

The pool has an expansive patio and sundeck area offering plenty of seating in the sun or the shade. There is an indoor sitting area just off the pool too.

The home is walking distance to the Bayfront Park playground, Rod & Reel Pier, Anna Maria City Pier, trolley stop, and the Gulf beaches. Whether guests are looking for bike rides, fishing, boating, or kayaking, Anna Maria has it all.

Perfect location walking distance to everything home was fully setup

Very relaxing and side street that the home was on was not very busy with traffic which made it easy to come and go

What a beautiful house. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The house was huge and had tons of stuff for us to take with us to the beach. We had a great time.

Perfect location. Pretty house with amazing master. Only complaint is the pool was so hot - not sure if the heater was on - we would have used it much more but too hot!

Great location

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home! It had everything we needed and then some. Great location and all the beach supplies you could ever need. We love AMI and come every summer from NKY and will definitely add this house to our list to stay again! Property could use a little updating,but thats just cosmetic, aside from that everything was great! Thank you!

Wonderful home and experience

This was a beautiful home to stay in during our stay on Anna Maria. It exceeded our expectations and was even better than described in the listing. It was very clean, well stocked with kitchen necessities and appliances, etc., beach accessories and towels and ample bed linens. The home was spacious and in an excellent location. We will definitely consider coming back next year!

Location, location, location!

It is not the fanciest house on the block, but it was perfect for us! You can walk downtown, to the City Pier and to the beach. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Pool is on the small side, but we didn’t care. We had a great week and would definitely book again!

Wonderful neighborhood. Walking distance to piers. House is just as described. It has LOTS of beach toys etc for the kids. We didn't have young children, but if you did, you wouldn't have to bring anything for them for the beach! Anna Maria Island is beautiful! We enjoyed our week there.

Has it all!

This property provided everything needed for an amazing vacation with my family. Plenty of space for everyone, a pool to cool off in, beach toys, cart, igloo, etc. for the beach and easy/quick access to a beach across the street. One thing to be prepared for is this beach is small and the water isn't the beautiful, clear tourqoise--we traveled to Bean Point several times instead, which was a much better experience. We also spent hours out on the balconies--simply beautiful. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

We had a great time. Different family members in and out all week. House was very nice, clean and well equipped. Signage on switches was GREAT!! Carpets should be removed. (Very soiled). Stair rail to top floor quite shakey. Fan on porch would be great, but otherwise we were very satisfied.

Needs updating

The house was in a great location. The property manager was also very responsive and fixed a problem very quickly. However, the beds were atrocious. They may as well have been made of stone. The oven and stove barely worked. The beach umbrellas were both broken. The pool is exceptionally small. There was barely any room to fit our family in it. Overall, the house location was pretty much the best part of the stay. The house could use a serious updating with beds, decor and beach equipment.

Family Visit

We had a wonderful time at Anna Maria relaxing with our family. Everyone wants to come back but not sure we stay at this property again. Ziti was amazing helping with our issues but when we arrived the property was in need of cleaning. To their credit, a lady came that evening to deep clean but would have thought it would be ready to go when we arrived. There were a few light bulbs out and items for cleaning up sand were in poor condition but we tried. We did enjoy the seating arrangements. All was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. May have just been our first impression but again, Ziti was very helpful as was the lady who came to clean.

The property is clean, but the two small bedrooms need some updating. The carpet has stains and is old. The dressers are so old the drawers are hard to even pull in and out. The master bedroom, on the other hand, was awesome! The pool area is absolutely not expansive as described on Vrbo. It is the smallest pool area of any home we’ve ever rented! That was very disappointing. The house was ok, definitely not luxury as described. But we LOVE AMI so that made up for the house lacking.

The house was extremely clean and matched the description online. Plenty of room our group to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked, I was very impressed! The pool is very small, smaller than it looks in the pictures but was warm and didn’t stop us from using it! It was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Old house but good location

House could use a really good cleaning, kitchen cabinets are really sticky to the touch and the dishes are chipped and cracked. Upstairs bedroom carpeting is filthy and stained and quite a bit of mold in the master shower. Refrigerator is missing some door shelving and a city owned tree has over grown and bangs into the hous quite loudly.

Vacation with a few aggravations.

Pool filter was broke making a very loud noise upon arrival and took until Tuesday to fix and run properly. Jacuzzi did not work in master bath. Had a nice stay overall but thought should be given some sort of refund due to issues with pool and jacuzzi.

Nice house for our family.

We rented this as we needed another bedroom since we had family staying across the street. It was perfect for what we needed. Some of the extra closet linen needs to be gone through as some of it looks stained from being stored so long. Also many of the tags on the closets and drawers, ect would note an item was in their and no item was found there. And some areas could be cleaned up a bit more. However it didn’t bother us much as we just slept their at night and went next door for the vacation. It was great that they had a laundry basket as many houses we have stayed at have never had them before. The house could use some rubber ware as we were unable to keep things after they were made because we had nothing to put them in.
