Beautifully appointed, first floor, end unit. Located close to downtown, bus lines, many restaurants, miniature golf, Jolly Roger amusement park, and the beach. Take a dip in the community pool just steps away from your door. Many recent updates, including granite countertops and tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Stand up, tiled shower with rainfall shower head feature. Updated appliances in the kitchen include, side by side refrigerator with in-door water and ice, ceramic top range, dishwasher and built in microwave. Bring your bathing suit, beach towel and flip flops!

This condo is easily accessible. with one assigned parking space and plenty of off street parking. There are only 8 units in the building, so it is very quiet. With an expanded deck not found in other condos, this one has room for dining, grilling and sitting on comfy couches. Start making your Ocean City memories!

The condo was clean and well stocked for our stay! Check in was very easy and we had no issues during our stay! The pool was nice after the beach and it was never crowded! Would definitely stay here again :)

Great spot for Oceans Calling

This apartment had spacious bedrooms and a great little porch. It was a great value for Oceans Calling. Walkable to restaurants, mini golf, beach, and shuttle. We walked from the concerts most nights and felt safe. Thanks, Tina!

The property was everything we were looking for. Seemed like you did not need the key provided for the pool though. Also fingernail/toenail clippings were everywhere inside our unit. Other than that everything was enjoyable.

My family absolutely LOVED this property and plan to use it again for our next summer vacation next year! Firstly, the private porch area was so amazing especially at night. It was comfortable and I loved listening to the nature and it was a quiet environment. Our neighbors were cool and friendly. I loved that the house was fully stacked which made it more comfortable. It was convenient and in a perfect location but not too close to the hustle and bustle. Definitely coming back

Bike Week 2023

We had a great time at bike week as always. Place was great. The only thing was we couldn't park the bike trailer after asking twice if it was allowed. No too big of a deal. $50 permit co ered it.

No security at all, many different owners, some have decent renters some did not, over crowded compared to what listing stated as private pool and such. We thought our rental had a camera, it did but was not hooked up.

Great little unit

Overall, We enjoyed our stay. I liked the quiet location and the pool steps from our condo was such a plus! Tina was very responsive to my messages, so thank you!! Parking was a breeze and I liked the updates made to the condo. It was the perfect size to fit our needs. I would consider staying in the future, but I must say there was a strong musty smell to the unit. Tina is a new owner from what she shared, so hopefully it can slowly be fixed. The unit also lacked some cleanliness (AC units, fans/ceiling lights were dust filled) Wifi was not available but I know Tina was working on it. I'm sure it will be available for future renters! :-)

Very lovely property and gracious hostess'

This was a pleasant experience for the 3 of us in spite of it being bike week which was surprise. The property was clean and cheerily decorated the host was generous with the bath towels. Having a dryer and beach chairs and umbrella was a pleasant surprise. The nearby Bayside offered a good view of the sunset

We enjoyed our stay very much! Ample room for 6 people, beds were comfy, and it was nice the pool is so close. Kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom was clean. We would definitely rent it again.

Nice to have the pool

Farther walk to the beach than anticipated. Due to the upstairs flooring, we could hear them walking around until Midnight and could not sleep. We had to ask the host to drop off a fire alarm as there was not one. The pool is nice and the condo was clean.

Short Family Getaway

Enjoyed our stay… Perfect spot - tucked back some in a bayside neighborhood, but still close by the main strip/beach. The unit itself was well kept (niece and nephew loved the decor) with a big porch that was steps away from the pool. Definitely recommend :)

Exceeded expectations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo! The customer service was exceptional. Tina really goes above and beyond for her guests. It was raining the day of our check in, so she kindly offered to let us check in about 2 hours early. (There was horrific traffic or we would have taken her up on that) She thought of everything… small things we may have forgotten. Everything from garbage bags to paper towels. The condo was super clean and our kids loved the pool! It was, again, impeccably clean and every time they wanted to swim we had the pool all to our selves. We really hope to stay at Tina’s condo again!

Perfect family getaway

This was the perfect location and size for our family of 4. A quick easy walk to Jolly Rogers and the beach and all the neighbors were super friendly.

The house was really nice, in a nice quiet location. However it was really humid w/mildew smell. There were no toilet paper or paper towels when we ran out ( good thing I bought extra). The pool was nice, however will not visit again.

Just as we hoped!

Tina is wonderful to rent from and the condo was just as we hoped. Having a pool right outside our door in this quiet complex was perfect for me and my girls.

My mother and I bought this property together because she is elderly and doesn't need to climb steps. Walk in shower is also very helpful. We will be updating the pictures soon to reflect less clutter.

The building only has 8 units. Three are lived in full time by residents. Situated on a very quiet street with great views of the pool.
