We loved our stay! Spent a lot of time out on the deck and dock just enjoying the sun, bay view and sunsets! The condo was cozy, well stocked, comfortable beds & furniture and overall perfect ... we plan to book again next year. Thank you :)

Very clean but surprisingly had to bring out own sheets. Check out was also unique in that we had to wash dry and fold the towels and unload the dishwasher before leaving, which means you can’t use hand towels or shower the morning of checkout nor make coffee etc since everything needs to be run through the dishwasher. Overall property was clean and location on the bay was beautiful. Lots of decks of cards, some games and movies, plenty of cleaning supplies which is also nice.

My family and I stayed here for a week and loved every minute. My kids didn’t want to leave and are already talking about coming back next year. Great location, right on the bay, walking distance to beach and quick drive to the boardwalk, Rehoboth and other area hot spots. Clean and cozy place to call home while vacationing!

This is a great place to spend a week in Ocean City - very homey and comfortable. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Bay side - especially during “bike week”. The crabbing from the dock was a fun experience and having a crab dinner while watching the amazing colors of a sunset made for wonderful evenings. Comfy beds made for a good nights sleep. Walking distance from the ocean, the Art Center, groceries and retail shops made it a convenient place to stay. Furniture could stand an update but the kitchen has plenty of gadgets and supplies that you’ll need for cooking at home - complete with steaming pot and mallets for your crab dinner! The VRBO site conflicts with what’s really needed to make your stay complete. Remember to pack your bed linens, beach towels and bath towels (the ones supplied by the condo are small and worn). Dawn is always quick to answer any questions, which helped. I will miss my coffee on the waters edge - some mornings with dolphins swimming by! We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific location. We sat on the porch in the morning and occasionally saw dolphins, only a few feet away. The place is a little dated. The beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location and as billed out the sunsets were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked if you like to cook at home vs going out to eat every night. Non-stick pans were in great shape so you can tell they replace them as needed. Lots of games and videos for entertainment if staying in. Convenient to be on the first floor. All in all a nice relaxing vacation.

Excellent view!

We had a great time! Condo was clean, beds are comfortable, shower was hot and the view was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen made meals at home easy! I brought my own sheets and towels but they are provided which is nice when trying to pack light. Dawn was very responsive with any questions. I hope to stay again!

Beautiful condo

The condo looked just like the pictures, very beautiful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the wifi had a strong signal. The best part is the balcony and overlooking the water, great place to relax as the area was very quiet but just a short drive to the beach, restaurant, boardwalk etc. Only negative would be, check out is at 11 AM but the cleaning lady was already knocking at our door at 9:30 AM so we felt rushed checking out as we were still asleep. Overall, would recommend staying here.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! The cleaning crew showing up early is unacceptable and I have spoken to them about it. I wish I had received a call when it happened. Our check-out is at 11 so no one is rushed.

Great Stay..Love the Bay!!!😊😙

We invited my husband's sister and her husband to visit Ocean City Md and we chose this condo because it was on the bay and we loved it! It was in a beautiful location, it was very clean, and It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked.. Thank You so much !*** The only issue was once we got the key out of the lock box we had difficulty getting the lock box open to return the key,,but There were 2 additional keys in the condo so that was great. If you are thinking of coming here...just book it now.. You will be happy you did. Very comfortable beds and furniture,, More spacious then it looks in the photos. Thanks for a great vacation🏖

perfect location!

4 Senior citizens were looking for a quiet bay front condo to vacation together for 1 week. Boy were we ever excited to find Sunset Daze. Although much of the week wasn't perfect weather, since it was early spring, we couldn't complain. By the end of the week we saw magnificent sunsets and one night even a full rainbow. The accommodations were exactly as posted. The condo was spotless, beds comfy and kitchen and pantry and linen closet stocked as if we were home! All communications with the owners before and during our stay were pleasant and questions answered immediately. We spent an afternoon at Springfest at the boardwalk and that was lovely. So many eateries in a short distance and every place we ate was wonderful. We were sad to leave and hope one day to return to this perfect condo in a perfect spot!

Dated

We initially had major problems with the cleaning lady who was responsible for cleaning the unit. She basically never cleaned it at all. The owner had put us up in a hotel for 1 night and come the following day to clean and resolve the issues. This unit is very basic and dated with old furniture, old appliances, old towels, and old dishes, utensils, pots, etc. There are window unit air conditioners that blow directly on the bed and the sofa so difficult to control that. The view of the bay was nice.
