On the Frio River! Over 2 acres of private river frontage. Located less than 1 mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Leakey. Fully equipped kitchen, sheets, and towels. Plenty of room whether enjoying the shade on the deck or soaking up the sun on the banks of the Frio. Located across the street from The Pecan Farm, making a short walk(or tube) over for a cold drink and a meal!
*** We are currently under drought conditions and our river is struggling. We are praying for rain so the river is flowing full and living its best life.

Lost Maples Park- 25 min
Garner State Park- 20 min
Advance reservations must be made at both state parks as guests are limited.

Great Place

The house is great! Nice and clean and roomy. My favorite place was the deck. Lots of outdoor seating and the trees are beautiful. The house is close to town. We had a great time and loved staying here.

Nice spot by the Frio

Our family and dogs loved the property. Being so close to the river was great, and we really liked the fire pit! The house had everything we needed and was very clean.

The home was very nice and clean! Was a little disappointed that water wasn’t closer to the house! We went to Garner State park and it was amazing ! I do appreciate the fact that the house was fully supplied with all we needed to cook with, linens/ towels provided etc! Don’t wanna have to pack up so much to travel for a couple days ! Overall nice stay!

We had a great time at this property and absolutely loved the little house. The backyard set up was perfect for campfires and grilling, and the location was very convenient to get to Lost Maples and Garner state parks. The house had everything we could want and was very cozy inside. Definitely want to go back!

Enjoying Garner State Park

This property worked very well for us, and our short visit to Garner State Park. It was clean, cosey, and very convenient for us. The host was very responsive and provided helpful information for our stay.

Excellent property!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location with access to the Frio river. Host thought of everything to make you feel at home while staying here. Additionally, host was incredibly helpful and super responsive!! Would definitely recommend!

Quiet & Relaxing 2 Night Stay

Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable beds & well stocked kitchen. Helpful & cooperative host! We will certainly return when the river is full.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The water was low but there were other areas nearby to use to get in the water. We used the grill and firepit for S'Mores.

Very Relaxing

The property was 'as advertised'. There's been a drought so, the access to water was limited everywhere in the area. But we had a great time of fellowship on the patio and around the fire pit. If we go back to Leakey, we'd rent this property again.

Great location & nice house!

Nothing owner can do about this, but the river was very low, and we had hoped to get in it & float. The home's set up is great, b/c neither bathroom is inside a bedroom. The owner was very kind to offer us early check-in, and use of their wood pile. We really appreciated that. The only suggestion I'd make is to make the half bath door not stick. It was hard to close. We would definitely come back! Had a wonderful time despite the low river!
