Spa Encounters by the Bay - Soak, Play, Relax, Unwind and Enjoy

Unwind and chill at our modern holiday house with a 6-person outdoor spa, BBQ and Pizza Oven. Just a 2 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk to the Beach House Restaurant and Yilki Store.

Enjoy movies on a large screen TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, very comfy beds, reverse cycle air-conditioning, two lounge rooms. Play table tennis or outdoor dart.

Make use of the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, air fryer, oven and stove top. Filtered drinking water out of every tap inside and outside of the house.

Located opposite the Yilki Common Park, play a round of cricket, kick the footy or take your fury friend for a walk. Pets allowed in all areas except on beds and lounges.

Property is fully fenced.

We stayed here for a girls' weekend away. It was perfect! The rooms were comfortable all with king beds, great decorations which made us feel so relaxed and it had everything we could possibly need! Best thing about it was the hot tub! I only gave 4 stars for the location but that was only because the only thing that could have made it 5 star would be if it was a beach-front property. We were going to go out for dinner last night but we were too tired / wanted to enjoy the property so we stayed in instead! We all would love to stay in this property again for our next girls' weekend away!

The property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. There was everything there that you would need for a short or long stay. We were very impressed with the bed as it was super comfortable. A lovely quiet area. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful

Loved this place! Spacious, clean and great location. Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Definitely will return as we relaxed ,did lots of walks as its so close to the beach and didn't have to worry about the dog, excellent fence!

Fabulous property

This place has EVERYTHING you need right down to random items such as kitchen scales, salt & pepper, glad wrap/baking paper & body wash. Clean, tidy & functional. Furnishings are comfortable & the televisions are great. Very secure yard for the dogs. Central Encounter Bay location close to the Esplanade. Absolutely recommend 😁

Family getaway

It's was a wonderful and comfortable home and our host was the most accommodating individual. My little one wasn't feeling well so we spent most of our time inddors. Place had toys and was clean and comfy, the kids had everything they needed❀

Relaxing, dog-friendly stay

Jonesy’s property had everything we needed for a week away with the family and our dogs. There was plenty to keep us entertained including a ping pong table, fire pit, books, games and more. The yard was perfect for our dogs and there was even a dog bed for them laze around on. The location was fantastic too - close to the bay, playgrounds and cafes.

Lovely holiday home

Lovely holiday home, very nice garden with lawn, fully fenced if you have a pet, 2 minutes walk to the beach and cafe. Very modern appliances and very clean. Everything you need. Recommended.

Quick get away

We just loved this property. It was beachside luxury. The quality of bedding and towels were gorgeous. It had everything and more you’d ever want or need in a holiday property for us. We loved the fully enclosed yard which was safe for our Golden Retriever. Just a short walk to the end of the street to the beach was very handy. We look forward to staying again.

All you could need

Property owner was so thoughtful and helpful. Well equiped kitchen - I even got carried away and baked! Friands if you must know! Yard was absolutely perfect for furry friends. Will definitely stay again.
