This absolutely beautiful 3 bedroom Townhome offers the added luxury of a Private Splash Pool which has a lovely conservation view.
The home has been fully furnished to a very high standard with appealing open plan Living and Dining Area with a fully equipped kitchen that includes top quality appliances.
The upstairs has two lavish bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the downstairs has one bedroom and one bathroom. The master Bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television. it also boasts a balcony with seating for those private breakfasts where you can enjoy the spectacular views.
The private pool area includes sun loungers where you can unwind in blissful tranquility after a day in the parks, or indeed enjoy an evening relaxing and enjoying the conservation views.

The townhouse was very quiet, clean and equipped. The community pool and clubhouse was nice with the water temperature very good. Our hosts were wonderful and responded to emails quickly. I can highly recommend this place.

Another great stay

After spending a month here last November, we hit Hugo up to stay here again, this November and it was everything we missed about being in Florida! We were home! Thank you again for letting your home be our home!

A clean and relaxing stay

This house is just as described, very clean and very comfortable, had no problems at all. In a great location it was very easy to get to and Hugo is a great host very helpful and polite. I will definitely be renting this property again.

Awesome place

We loved this townhome. It was extremely clean, well decorated & had everything we needed. Splash pool is nice and can be heated to 90 degrees. Very nice & quieter neighborhood. Hugo, the owner responded to our communication extremely fast. I would highly recommend this place for anyone.

This place needs a deep cleaning

The access code had been changed upon my arrival. There were flies inside the townhouse. The livingroom furniture (white sofa)was filthy and the blinds had several blades missing.

When someone does not follow the rules and do not put garbage in bags, you're bound to attract flies and pests. We had to clean the garbage pales of all mess left in them and get a pest control to fumigate the area.

Can’t beat the price and location compared to Disney Proprty!

We love staying in the area outside Disney. To have a condo that’s spacious and quiet and away from the “go go go” for virtually the same price as a cramped hotel room is worth is. This unit was nicely furnished and easily accommodated my family of five. Hugo was very attentive and accessible. I would recommend getting the master bedroom door some WD40, that squeak wakes the dead at the littlest touch! An easy fix, but there was no entering or exiting that room without the entire house knowing at all times 😂. Beds were comfy and everything we needed was provided. Thanks for the added touches like the sanitizing wipes and gloves!

Nothing short of Magical!

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for a month in Florida to see if we wanted to make the move to the sunshine state. We found Hugo's Townhouse in Clermont, which was perfect for our family of four and two therapy dogs. Hugo was very responsive to any needs we had and it helped that he came from our neck of the woods. His home was immaculate and perfect for what we needed to make our home for a month. We hated leaving! The drive to the Disney Parks was a quick 30 minutes and as Annual Pass Holders it was great to just go to Epcot or Hollywood Studios for a quick dinner or to see just the fireworks. It was also very close to Winter Garden, where we have been looking to make a move, but Clermont is very nice as well. If I had any critique on Hugo's townhouse, as AT&T users, we found it challenging to make phone calls at times as the signal in that area was terrible. Had nothing to do with the Townhouse. Just had to do with the location. Also, my wife and I both work remotely, so sometime the internet would go down and that would also become challenging. Spectrum's fault. Not the townhouse's. Having the private heated pool was a nice addition as well. We would certainly contact Hugo again if we planned to do another month in Florida. Within a month, that place became home. Thank you again, Hugo!

Amazing Stay

The home was beautiful and clean. Just like the photos. Perfect for a family vacation. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and food. The owner was prompt with answering any questions/concerns and took great care of us. We will definitely book again when in the Orlando area!
