Home away from home

We loved this stay. The house is large so everyone had plenty of space to spread out. With 6 teenagers it was so nice to have a the master bedroom separated from the kids. The kitchen was the perfect size to have extra cooks helping at meal times. And the Pool was a perfect diversion for my teens. It was the perfect stay.

My Bridal Shower getaway

Me and a few of my friends spent the weekend in this beautiful home. It was comfortable, we felt so relaxed and the home was clean. It accommodated all of us the deck was our nice night spot it was well kept and the pool was clean. I would definitely stay in this house again.

Lots of room

Great place to stay, lots of room. Sparkling clean. Check the bottom drawers for towels. Pool was beautiful. The stairs down to the pool and the dock are a bit treacherous but that’s unavoidable if you want a waterfront property.

House was nice. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, large deck.However, several issues.Floors need to be cleaned better. Kids feet were black after being barefoot in the house.Second, landscaping needs to be cleaned up. Great deck with a pile of weeds growing out of the middle. Stairs are overgrown with plants. Dock infested with wasps’ nests. Only one chair at pool. Would benefit with furniture and landscaping.

Stayed here for three nights. The house is nice but does need some work done in it. It’s dated and starting to get run down. Lots of weeds on patio. There was very little coffee, not enough to make a pot. Pillows for beds need to be replaced they are very flat. Some of the bedrooms had no dresser or closet in it. I would recommend putting in a small armoire so guest can put clothes in it. Other then what I mentioned, we enjoyed our stay.

Hot Springs Nightmare

House inside & out did not appear as in pictures. Walk to boat dock very dangerous. Went 4 days without the freezer working. Response from managing company was spotty & generally none. House sleeps 14 - has 9 bath towels until we threaten to call our attorney. Patio furniture & deck was not cleaned on arrival as the rest of the house. Pictures must have been taken before house became vacation rental property. Would not rent from VRBO again. We own rentals ourselves & this place Was shameful for the price.

Beautiful Home, Pool Not So Much

Pro: GREAT LOCATION with gorgeous lake views! Beautifully decorated home with more than enough space for large families or a group of friends The outdoor area spans over 3 levels and has its own boat slip. There are two master bedrooms with an ensuite. One is located upstairs and the other is on the main level. I loved that all of the bedrooms have lake views and 3 of them have deck access! If the pool was maintained as meticulously as the rest of the home, this would be a 5 star property! Cons: The pool is in desperate need of a deep clean and refurbishing. A working filter would do wonders. We were told maintenance was done weekly. However, it did not look like that was done prior to our arrival. We had to scrub and clean the pool ourselves before we could use it! The steps leading down to the pool and boat slip are treacherous especially at night.

NOT RECOMMEND PLACE TO RENT. Very Disappointed IN CLEANLINESS/ MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY!

Home is a beautiful place with great views of Lake Hamilton, BUT upon arriving the home was not properly cleaned or sanitized! The pool was very green, grounds not maintained very well! For the cost of renting you would think one would find the inside of home cleaned, but we had to spend the first few hours sanitizing the entire kitchen, refrigerator had stains and food left inside, dishes left in dishwasher, stove had grime, bugs, seasonings on it from previous guest! The floors were dirty, bathrooms had left over hair in the showers! The two bathrooms jacuzzi tubs did not work. Broken handles in the bathroom, multiple lightbulbs were out and not all ceiling fans worked. The grounds around are not maintained and very unappealing compared to the pictures depicted online especially for the cost of this rental! It was very disappointing!! After contacting the guest manager, he was willing to refund our cleaning fee, but stated the owners would not refund any of the actual rental fee. We took multiple pictures of the conditions of items broken! The house manager stated he was aware of the majority of these broken items and unkept grounds but stated repairs were due to all the bookings during busy season! The guest manager was very willing to speak with us and offer his apologies and tried to fix the situation by refunding the cleaning fee to us, but when checking out we texted and sent email then told the Vrbo site and owner would need to transfers the funds he had no ability to

Cleanliness is key for a great stay......FAILED!!!!

inside the property was OK outside was not clean at all, family members had to clean chairs and swimming pool in order to use.......not impress at all

Family time

Did we have a good time? Yes, but was disappointed with several things. Hair on the dresser in downstairs bedroom, jetted tub did not work in downstairs bathroom, smelled like dirt/mold, pool was old and needed some help, ring was around the whole inside of pool. Not enough towels for 6 people, but the washer and dryer worked good. Very steep stairways outside, not good for disabled or elderly. Ants on kitchen counter. Did we contact anyone while there, no. Didn’t want people in the house as we were in and out. The size of the house is great, having a private pool and dock was great, everyone caught fish. The house just needs some attention and love. A good cleaning and a few repairs. We all had a good time.
