On the gorgeous Cinnamon Shore development, you're just a short walk to the beach, pools, and nearby restaurants and cafes. Enjoy beautiful Mustang island and the town of Port Aransas with your "Sol Mate" in this alluring condo in the heart of Cinnamon Shore's original Town Center! You’ll love it because of the location, the high ceilings, and the views. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and pets. Book this for your next getaway!

This condo is the perfect launching pad for your romantic couples getaway or your family Port A vacation! It's central location in the Cinnamon Shore development means that you're close to everything: walk to the beach, walk to Lisabella's, Dylan's, or Shore Cafe, walk to the pool, and play on the Great Lawn!

The condo was recently remodeled with an open living area and tons of natural light. The primary suite is gorgeous and super romantic with the luxurious king bed. We recently added a built-in bunk bed (twin over full) into the primary suite, which is perfect for the kids. The attached bathroom has a bidet and tucked away kids toilet seat.

There is a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom with cable as well. Stay in the vacation mood with the Sonos speaker in the kitchen/dining area. There is a washer and dryer to quickly dry your swimsuit and towels after a great day at the beach and pool.

There is also a balcony with french door access from the living room.

The house fits 5 people comfortably with 2 in the primary bedroom (king bed), 2 in the bottom bunk (full), and 1 in the top bunk (twin). We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room (queen size sofa bed).

In addition to the balcony with a peek-a-boo view of Lake Colby, there are three free swimming pools (Kiera's (heated), Dune, and Stillwater (heated)) as well as the Great Lawn and Lake Colby, all of which are right next door. There are also two dune bridges that allow pedestrian and golf cart access to the beach just a short walk away. There are two cafes (C-Bar and Shore Cafe), three restaurants (Lisabella's, Dylans, and Coastline Grill), and frequently live music during the weekend in the high season. There is also a small workout gym with two Peloton bikes. You can find a schedule of free events on Cinnamon Shore's website.

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY *Pet Allergen Alert* - Pets 25lbs or less allowed with a $100 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee and additional $500 Refundable Security Deposit, additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage to the property.

When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.

The neighborhood on the whole was very pet friendly. The wash station was a nice feature. Though something simpler like a spray station closer to the beach might be helpful.

This condo smells and they know it . They actually have a permanent sticker on the vent telling you to leave it on at all times. There is a sewage smell that comes up through the waterlines. The toilet also has an inexpensive bidet that is disgusting and smells like urine, I am convinced that the cleaning people don’t touch it because it is kind of gross and a personal item. I would not recommend this actual condo. Cinnamon Shores is amazing though. Also, these bunkbeds are where the closet used to be so there is no closet in this condo.

Lovely Community

The unit was as lovely as advertised. Easy check in, plenty to do, and well appointed. We were there in the off season, so it was very quiet (which suited us just fine). Taking the golf cart on the board walk to the beach was a highlight. The Kiera pool is beautiful and heated so that we could enjoy even the cool weather. This unit is perfect for 2 people.

Everything was great except the check out

This place is awesome. We loved the location and everything there is to do including the easy access to the beach. There were a couple of things we didn’t like. (1) the unit could use a good deep cleaning (baseboards, grout, floors, the bathroom vent.) (2) the check out time is too early at 10am, and it’s even worst that they ask you to take out the trash, clean the kitchen

Enjoyed our stay

There were q couple of issues which took away from a perfect vacation. We checked in late in the evening and upon arrival theee were no sheets for the pullout couch and no one to contact for assistance. Some of the other blankets in the unit were dirty. There was a sticky substance down the front of a kitchen cabinet and pooled on the floor. Not a great way to start a vacation. I’m the morning, I walked to the front office, explained the situation and asked for sheets. They were never delivered by housekeeping. The pool aerators weren’t working for the first few days and the pools were as hot as hot tubs—not refreshing in 96 degree heat! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the amenities.

First Family Beach Vacation

It is well maintained with top notch customer service. The entirety of the experience is first class. This is a family friendly place which is great when you have young kids. The staff was helpful and every turn and very responsive. The accommodations were as advertised. The pizza restaurant was great, the smores nights and community activities made it feel like a small community. All in all, great place. We will tell our friends about it, but maybe not too many lest it become too popular. :)

Nice, but not perfect!

Nice place. For the price, they could supply Kleenex. The problem was the King bed. It was not comfortable and neither were any of the pillows. I have a bad neck, so I should have brought my pillow from home.

Best little getaway hide out EVER!!

This was such an amazing condo! Everything was just as posted. The king size bed was perfection! Location was top of the line! The community was so relaxing and inviting, the restaurants on the property were am always! Easy access to the beach. We will definitely visit at least annually!! Thank you Cinnamon Shores for such a phenomenal experience!!! Thank you to Austin Vacay for getting us this perfect condo! Elevator was so appreciated!

Like Heaven on Earth

The condo was absolutely Gorgeous! The pictures don't do it Justice! It was so comfortable, elegant, and very clean. The host was was responsive and Very helpful. We ate at Dylan's coal fire pizza & it was delicious! We also walked the short walk to the beach and it was rejuvenating! The property was breathtaking and very inviting. We would love to revisit this property and stay in this lovely condo again! Thank you for the memories and wonderful experience!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at CShores probably 6 or 7 times now . we love it . most always stay in a one/two bderoom condo in Town Center. - and have perfectly happy. we do not prefer the 3rd floor, but that was what was available . Unfortunately, quite dissatisfied with this condo. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock. I f you have ONE Bed to furnish ( and this is not cheap - not even in the "OFF" season) I would 100% make sure my One Bedroom condo was over the top comfortable .This was our first time to come in Oct. I was searching for a comfy throw in the morning to sit on sofa and have coffee. there was no throw or side table to put my coffee i pulled up a dining chair to suffice. overall the condo suited our needs - the 3rd floor view beautiful - bed and pillows awful. have had better at Holiday INN Express. and to finish..this is to CShores - in every place we have stayed there is a coffee maker or Kerig machine - I think it should be a standard ( like having tide pods etc) there is coffee in every house and condo. we usually go to the big store in town but got in late ... a real pain to get up first day of vacay and have to dress to go to coffee waves.

Always love Cinnamon Shore

Unit is in great location to enjoy Town Center - you don't even need to leave to listen to live music being played at Terry's Place. We enjoyed short walk for coffee at Coffee Wave's each morning and to the pool in the afternoon.

Best time

We absolutely loved our time in Cinnamon Shore. We have been visiting Cinnamon Shore since it first opened and it never disappoints. The condo was absolutely perfect and we really enjoyed it. It was clean and had great space!!
