I'm a professional Airbnb operator and my company, Rent Sherpa, helps real estate investors maximize their cash flow while eliminating their landlord duties. We do this by executing a technology driven short term rental strategy. I started this business because it fits into our travel lifestyle and is fun! My goal is to operate 10 properties by April 2021!

This property is kept to the highest standards and is remarkably clean. Its also very well appointed offering many amenities and located in a very desirable area of downtown Delray Beach. You are a very short walk to Pineapple grove boasting some of Delray's best restaurants and bars. As you continue down Pineapple Grove you will find the renowned Atlantic Ave which draws visitors nationwide. You will find top-notch restaurants, bars, and art galleries. Also on the Ave, you will find many shopping options from small boutique stores to well established national chains like Tommy Bahamas.
