Waterfront Bay property with private beach and pier!

Home away from Home! Not just another rental! This wonderful family friendly property is perfect for larger groups. The bay is sandy bottomed, fairly shallow, and perfect for swimming, fishing, crabbing and kayaking. 3 kayaks plus life vests are included in rental. Just bring your fishing pole! Sleeps 14 with 4 bedrooms plus a loft. Large back deck plus 250 foot pier and huge 16x 30 covered dock. Lots of sand toys and games included. If you want to enjoy the beach without the crowds, this is the place for you. We’ve provided most things you’ll need for a wonderful vacation, just pack your clothes and food! Upon arrival you’ll notice the coffee station with keurig and regular coffee pot plus coffee, and sweetners provided. The kitchen is equipped with almost anything you need including spices, garbage bags, paper products and dish washing soap. There is a crockpot and large boiling pots, plus a blender. The laundry room is supplied with laundry detergent. The bathrooms have toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The gulf beach is just 1.5 miles away, so you have that option too. There are 2 king sized beds, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 4 twin beds. There are 2 charcoal grills on the property, plus a fire pit for roasting hot dogs, or marshmallows or just sitting around the fire on a cool evening. We want you to enjoy your stay, but please treat our home with respect. Do not throw trash in our yard or beach, and certainly don’t leave trash in the house. We know you are on vacation, but don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher and leave the house tidy. It is a large home so the cleaning fee is reasonable and the cleaning service expects it to be tidy when they arrive😎. Most of our guests have done a beautiful job, but we recently had one that was a disaster, so please don’t book if you can’t abide by the rules.
