The house was great. Very nice features like the huge deck with beautiful views of the Gulf and easy access to the beach - a short stroll across the street. The ice machine in the kitchen was a welcome amenity. On days when it rained you can enjoy the downstairs area with porch swings. We were very happy and hope to visit again.

Family Fun

Wonderful stay...beach abuts Bon Secour nature preserve, neighboring spa/resort has all the extra amenities, great deck for parties...downstairs secluded bedroom/ laundry was good means of resolving our 'aunt' problem ;-)

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless upon arrival and had a beautiful modern coastal aesthetic. The kitchen and bathrooms have a fresh, updated feel. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax, the large spacious deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening chats. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the home was with beach gear and how easy the boardwalk access was to the beach, just a short walk away. We did run into a minor issue with the air conditioning on our first night, but the host was responsive and had the problem resolved promptly. Overall, it was a great rental!

The beach house

My family and I wasn’t too happy about our stay at the beach house. The room down stairs had a terrible smell in it. We couldn’t sleep in it because it smelled so bad. Everyone had to sleep upstairs. We pulled the covers back upstairs to go to bed and it was sand in the bed. I wasn’t impressed with the cleaning job. We loved the deck on the house.

110 steps to the sand! Large deck with a beach view!

Awesome location just one lot away from the beach. Very clean and nice. Not many amenities around but the house is laid out so well, you do not really need them. The house is equipped with everything that you need and is fantastic for a large group. It is a very quiet and serene location. .. just perfect for the family. Loved it and will stay again!

Perfect Beach House

This home is close enough to walk to the beach. Had plenty of space for our family of 12. Had everything we needed. Quick response to all messages we had with property manager & housekeeping. I would definitely recommend this home!

Summer Vacation

The house was great for our group. Plenty of room and location was perfect. We had some issues with plumbing, but agent was quick to respond. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the beach.

The perfect house for our big family on a beautiful private beach

We come to Cabana Beach every other June from California where we live in the Pacific Beach in Santa Monica. Cabana beach is a magical beach and this was the perfect t house for our large family. The deck was a nice gathering place for my birthday 70th birthday. We have stayed at different house over the year but this one actually has comfortable furniture to relax and play games when we were not at the beach. The swings were really nice to enjoy out of the hot sun. Everything was perfect

So relaxing!!

We really enjoyed this property for many reasons. The number one reason we loved it was the distance we had to walk to the beach. It was so nice to not have to pack and unpack a vehicle to get there! Love the outdoor shower to clean off before going inside. The huge deck was a total hit with our family. All the beach toys, chairs, and porch swings were also a home run! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms as well! We already considering our next trip to the same location.

Family vacation

The good: fantastic location, wonderful deck, plenty of chairs inside and out, comfortable beds, loved the large stand-alone ice maker, lots of beach toys, nice outdoor shower, loved the swings under the deck, lighted walkway to the road, great counter space by the large dining room table, good puzzle/game selection The not-so-good: not enough silverware for the amount of people that can stay there, absolutely no hooks for towels in the lower level bedroom/bathroom, the lower level only connects to the upper level via the outside stairs, the washing machine does not agitate, there’s a funky smell in the lower level, the couch is stained, the couch is the only soft seating, there were wrappers and hair on the floor upon our arrival, could only get one television to work, the WiFi password provided had been changed without telling us

Beautiful location and peaceful stay

Easy and fast correspondences and the surrounding area is nice. The beach access was nice and the walk was a short block away. Overall the stay was great with a few minor mishaps, but response was fast for resolving the issue. We would stay here again.

Great for the Soul

Loved everything about this rental. Only semi-compaint was the bunk bed lower matress needs to be replaced. Kids could fall asleep on it. Otherwise, fantastic.

Amazing

Wonderful beach getaway with all the family. We can’t wait to go back. Very spacious. Great thoughtful beach toys, you don’t have to bring any beach items; they had chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kids. The communication with the manager was amazing and she always had consistent communication. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Excellent stay!

We were surprised to find the house had just been remodeled, everything was beautiful inside! The location was perfect, and one of the partners that owned thr house even brought us a Christmas tree. We couldn't have asked for a better trip!

Great location no crowds

Great place to stay with pets with a large family. Just a quick walk to the beach. No need to bring chairs and beach toys they had everything we needed. You can see the ocean from the deck. Mornings and evenings on the deck were amazing. The condo next door had fireworks for the 4th of July and we had the best view. Charcoal grill was great for cooking out.
