Spacious and affordable.

Good, clean and comfortable property. Excellent washing machine. Heating is great. Futons on tatami mat really comfortable. Good lounge and dining.

Good location. Quiet neighbourhood.

This property worked out well for our family of 5 during our stay in Osaka. A 5-10min walk to a few different transit options. Easy and clear checkin instructions provided. Appreciated having coffee/tea and other little extras left.Upstairs tatami mat space big enough for 5 futons. Appreciated having laundry.Overall, this was a great setup.and easy loxation for exploring Osaka.

Would stay here again

The main concern was the pull-out couch had white splotch marks all over it. After using the washing machine, we realized it left similar markings on our clothes and was hopefully the cause of the questionable makings on the couch. Everything else was very clean. Otherwise, it was about a 10-15 minute walk to convenience stores and several different train stations. The house was as described in listing and all 5 adults that stayed agreed we would book this place again.

Pretty and Practical

This was our 1st home away from home in Japan. What a great place to begin. It is a comfortable size, clean, well appointed, and contained beauty. The location was good too. We could find our way to and from the trains with ease. Thank you for this clean comfy place! You Visitors may wasnt tohave data for using goofle maps to arrive 1st time. Look at the photos so you can identify thr exterior. We were not familiar with Japanese addresses, but we recognized it when we arrived.

Traditional Japanese home

Our check in process was very difficult. The owner never emailed the check-in information so we had to call VRBO for help but after about an hour of standing outside when finally got in. Our booking was in July so of course japan is hot and humid but this rental was very hot, very humid and had a mosquito problem. Even with the AC and dehumidifiers on the upstairs was way to hot to sleep so we all slept on the main floor. Also, with this being a traditional Japanese home the beds were mats on the floor, which in other rentals were very nice and comfortable but this rental they were paper thin and you could feel the hard floor through. Just a caution if you have a bad back or trouble get up and off the floor. The area is very residential and not touristy at all which was pretty nice for us because things arent nearly as busy. The subway was reactively close by and a good central area for getting to things in Osaka.

Séjour familial à Osaka

Honnêtement nous avons été très déçus par ce logement. Niveau propreté : four/grille pain très sale, du gras liquide encore à l'intérieur, inutilisable ! Les plaques de cuisson non nettoyées. La ventilation pleine de poussière. Un rafraichissement est nécessaire : les papiers peints se décollent, à plusieurs endroits. Il y a une salle de douche, mais le seul lavabo est dans les WC, à l'étage du dessous. C'est notre plus Mauvais hébergement des vacances. Alors oui il n'est pas cher c'est sûr. La douche est sur le toit, les joints sont décollés aussi. Bref, déçus ! Le gestionnaire nous a bien proposé de venir faire le nettoyage le lendemain mais nous avons refusé.
