Hello and welcome to Little Harbor-approximately 35 minutes South of Tampa (TPA) tucked away just West of Ruskin , FL. 124 acres with 3 miles of waterfront, 1/2 mile of East facing butter-soft white sand of which is private to owners and their guests. With two marinas, 250 foot fishing pier, heated pool with hot tub, beach volleyball, two restaurants, plus local golf and family theme parks- what more do you need for the ideal vacation. FYI- The AC unit will be locked at a low temperature of 73f. You will need to ask for it to be lowered in special circumstances.

Fantastic location

First time in Ruskin, my family likes taking trips to the Tampa area to enjoy the attractions but hate staying in Tampa due to the traffic & congestion. This place was a perfect quiet, relaxing home away from home. The view from one side of the house was gorgeous, right on the marina. The home was clean, comfy and spacious. They also supplied everything you could need except your groceries. The property amenities were great! Heated pool & hot tub we used almost every day. We only ate at one of the 2 restaurants on site, the Sunset grille, but we ate there twice and loved the food and the view (right on the beach). Highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful time!

Exceeded our expectations

Absolutely loved everything about our stay! The condo was clean, well-stocked & beautiful with gorgeous views. We enjoyed kayaking & paddle boarding & swimming in the pool. The owner was very responsive & helpful. Hope to plan another stay in the future!

There was absolutely nothing i didnt like. Everything was perfect. The kids loved the loft bed area. The views were spectacular. Was way beyond my expectations. Will definitely be booking again soon.

A great simple getaway from the traffic and hub-bub of Tampa, just a short trip down the road. Lovely, clean, beautiful condo, great pool and wonderful, friendly people in Ruskin! Thumbs up alll the way!

Great location, we loved the views. The pool and hot tub were a blast. Watching the dolphins and manatees on the canal was entertaining. We ate at hooks for lunch this was our first time having octopus. Your beds and pillows were amazing, best sleep on vacation that I have ever had. Our coffee drinker loved your coffee. I would definitely recommend your home to anyone. Thank you for your hospitality.

Worked well for family gathering

It was clean and well appointed without being cluttered. Jason responded to our questions in a timely manner. It should be noted that the Queen bed in the living room is an air mattress, albeit a very nice one. We enjoyed the paddleboard and kayak as well as the community pool.

Family trip for a wedding

My oldest son, 24, his girlfriend, and my youngest, 9, made a road trip to Florida for my nieces wedding. We were very impressed with the quality of the property, the overall cleanliness and decor, and the amenities. I would 10/10 rent here again, the only thing I could suggest is to possibly have some sort of caddy to get the water toys to the beach, as our vehicle was not able to get them there for us to be able to enjoy them. Over all I can't say enough great things!

We are both 100% disabled veterans, and this was the worst rental experience we’ve had. The host violated VRBO’s Terms of Service by hiding a thermostat restriction until after check-in, burying it in a “binder” inside the property instead of listing it upfront as required. I require 68F at night for medical reasons tied to my VA disability. The AC ran fine all night at 68F, yet the host claimed it would “overheat” or the breaker would “pop” if set below 71F — claims that are false and inconsistent.After I disclosed my disability and offered medical documentation, he implied I should have told him before booking (not required by VRBO or ADA) and hinted he might not have rented to us, which is discriminatory. He then turned the AC completely off one day and even locked the thermostat so it could only be operated remotely. On a 3-way call with VRBO, he agreed to 70F at night, but the last night it was back at 73F — he claimed he “didn’t do it,” but only he had control.This was never about a faulty AC — it was about being cheap: water heater set too low for hot showers, the cheapest toilet paper, and light switches on timers. Between the undisclosed restriction, false claims, and discriminatory behavior, this was unacceptable. Avoid this property.

Ruskin stay

Overall everything was excellent. The only thing that we were not expecting was that the 3rd bedroom was actually a loft inside the second bedroom. We were under the impression that it was a 3 bedroom with each room private and the loft was too hot to sleep in. Not recommended for 3 couples

Convenient & beautiful condo

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo that overlooked the marina. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, & it was conveniently located. It was also very clean, which is extremely important to me. There were nice touches like coffee beans for you to grind with creamers to enjoy, water toys like kayaks, laundry soap pods, etc. The. owners seemed to anticipate the guests needs & once when I texted to have the a/c turned down cooler for the evening for us, within less than 5 minutes, it was on. I can’t highly recommend them enough!

My wife Kari and I live in the southern Montana Rocky Mountains just off of Hebgen lake close to West Yellowstone and have found our new winter getaway in Little Harbor, what an oasis. We have appreciated vacation rentals for years and wanted to share our treasures with others to give back to the vacation rental community of which we have benefited from for so many years.

When you stay with us you'll get the full usage of two kayaks, SUP's, beach toys, chairs and a fully stocked coffee station for your favorite morning ritual. We are located far enough from the bars and restaurants to have your quite space yet close enough you can smell the lobster bisque. If your lucky you may even get a visit from Jake out local bottle nose dolphin.
