Beware!!

We had stayed in this townhouse for four previous years and always had a wonderful experience. We booked on VRBO as we always do and somehow we were linked to Evolve. We showed up to a totally different house. There was no air conditioning anymore and the owner locked off the room to the washer and dryer. The property manager was nice but couldn't help and Evolve was a disaster to deal with. (This was 4th of July weekend so there was nowhere else to move to) As of our check out date on July 6th the VRBO site had not been changed. It still showed AC, and washer and dryer in unit. After many emails and phone conversations (literally hours )with Evolve they did refund me a little less than one third of what we paid. It will never make up for the vacation time spent in the local laundromat or the warm house. Do not trust Evolve! They did not stand by their product and made getting any money back so difficult.

Very nice townhouse in Grand Elk, which is a great, new development right outside of Granby.

Townhouse was very clean and everything was in working order. We checked in early morning since we had a late flight into Denver and getting into the TH was quick and easy. The townhouse has nice appliances for a rental and it is well decorated with nice furniture. Lastly, the views of the Rockies from both the master bedroom windows and the front sliding glass door are incredible. Should we want to stay in Granby again, we would definitely consider renting this property again.

Great Place to Stay!

The townhouse was immaculate and tastefully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay and played golf at Grand Elk and Pole Creek ( great courses)! We liked the location as it was in between Winter Park and Grand Lake.

Fantastic home, fully stocked and comfortable. The ice machine was not working on the refrigerator but no big deal.

Great Location

The location is hard to beat, an easy drive to RMNP, and everything Grand County offers. The condo is very comfortable and spotless. Wi-Fi service was spotty so WFH would not work well here. Air conditioning consists of window units in the bedrooms only, but fortunately it wasn’t too hot when we were there. Description of “keyless entry” in the welcome email was incorrect, and initial calls to property manager went unanswered. When she did call back, she was abrupt and unfriendly, but at least she did call back, which is an improvement from prior reviews.

Great location, beautiful home

We love this area so much we bought one of these townhouses. The lay out is perfect for one or two families to enjoy time in the mountains. This neighborhood is the perfect location - 20 min to RMNP, 20 minutes to Winter Park, on a golf course and across the street from Granby Ranch. Hands down one of our favorite places is Monarch Lake - take the loop hiking trail - we always see Moose!

LOVE this location!

We love this area so much. 20 minutes to RMNP - 20 minutes to Winter Park and so much to do in the great outdoors. Townhouse is spacious and well appointed. We like them so much we bought one! Will be neighbors by the end of the year!

Upon checked in, we found urine at the upstairs unflushed toilet. This caused a really bad smell in upstairs area. We had to buy air refreshers to clear out the smell during the first night. It was a disappointing experience specially it’s for our birthday celebration trip. We hope you can assess this properly.

Modern and Clean

This rental was great - clean and decorated nicely. We were traveling with our 6-month old infant and they had a lot of baby stuff (pack-n-play, toys, dishes, and a high chair) there, which we so appreciated since we weren't able to bring all of our own stuff. The beds were super comfy and all of the furniture was in great condition. The layout was a little strange because the bedroom they have designated for kids is on the 1st level by the garage/front door and the other two rooms are upstairs on the opposite end of the house. We did not utilize that room for our baby and instead put him upstairs with us - I'm not sure I would be comfortable having my children so far away from me. Also, the majority of the living space is upstairs so I would not recommend this house to anyone who struggles with stairs. The kitchen, though well-stocked for the most part, was missing some pretty crucial cooking items. We ended up buying some things and just leaving them there for future guests. The TVs were all Roku enabled, which was great but everything required your own login - they didn't have basic cable or anything. Additionally, the local contact was totally MIA. I'm thankful that we didn't have any major issues because they never responded to us.

Nice property but lacking in some areas

Nice property, very clean and great for families or big groups. We did enjoy our stay. A couple of things keep it from being a 5 star place. First, we had called the guest contact, Tina, when we got to the house to ask a question. We stayed 5 nights and never got a return phone call from Tina. If you had a serious problem, you would be out of luck as your contact doesn’t respond. Second, there are not enough towels for the number of guests this house sleeps. I’ve never seen a place not have a few extra towels around. Lastly, the kitchen is missing some basic items to cook your own meals.

Perfect mini retreat

This property is beautiful! The views (when it's not fire season in Colorado) are amazing and help you centered and grounded. The house is just as the listing states and well kept/clean. Everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. A Fully stocked kitchen and supremely comfortable sheets on the beds. The grocery store is within walking distance, the WIFI was spot on every day (I needed 6-8 hours of online access via video and the WIFI never gave out). Thank you for such a lovely home. One thing to note: this is a new development so there is some construction traffic (as of 2020), but not enough to keep you up at night or wake you up early in the morning. All in all, I would stay here again. :)

Nice new place but not quite a 5

This is a beautiful townhouse!! Spent 6 days in this unit and found it extremely clean, modern, with a great deal of space to spread out. Looks like it is within about a year of being new. The basics of the place are fantastic and generally as advertised. The gas fireplace in the morning was great and the gas grill worked well. The deck is roomy with a great view. For any golfers there is a par 3 across the road and you can watch the golfers - fun. The view is great over the golf coarse, meadow with mountains in the distance. Honestly, without a few of the problems we would rate this a 5. Now for the challenges (none major but they do add up). We called in advance and were told we could not use the garage for our bikes. Yet after a few days we looked in the garage (assumed it was locked) to figure out where the garbage went and it was empty (other than the garbage can)! Weird.... The TV's have no cable service - set up with Roku. So no TV unless you bring your passwords with you (took us awhile to figure out). For what we paid - one would assume you have cable. Yes - there is construction going on down the row of townhouses. We really didn't hear them at all but is a bit of a mess on the road to the garage. There are no extra bath towels in the unit - so you will be doing laundry if you want clean towels. The kitchen has all of the basics but is lacking in some key items (no large pot to cook pasta, no pizza pan, not a lot of silverware). If you have a large family and want to eat in could cause some challenges. Finally - we called the contact number to ask a few quick questions - no answer and we left a message with no return call. Bottom line we enjoyed our stay but if the owners want "5" reviews there is a little work to do here.

Nice clean and modern house

The house is very nice and clean and calm, the bathroom are spacious and modern. A very well fitted supermarket is close to the house. The house is fitted with everything we need (barbecue, terrasse chairs and table , rocking chairs..). The view from the house and terrasse is very nice Only problem, the guest contact never answer to our multiple calls, and emails hopefully we were not blocked outside, the code is working very well and it is easy to get in the house.

Peaceful and luxurious

The house was amazing and we wish we had booked more that 2 nights. It was spotless clean, and so luxurious. We have pretty high standards and this one met it. You can tell the owners love and care for this condo and they have thought of everything. The beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms were amazing and the kitchen, living and deck area were wanting us to stay. The area is kind of quiet and new but we felt so peaceful looking over the golf course. We came here to spend a day in the Rocky Mountain National Park and it was only a 20 min drive to the entrance. We loved it and would consider staying here in the ski season. The management company were so helpful too and I would highly recommend this condo, you will not be disappointed.

Very new.... almost too new!

The townhouse was very nice - comfortable and well furnished. Very nice deck overlooking the golf course - and the construction. (See comments below.) The location was nice - just south of Granby and a short car drive to everything. Only real gripe was the construction. This property is so new that only half of the complex is built which means that the remainder is under construction. It would have been nice to have been informed as such. Another detail that would have been nice to know was that the room with the twin beds in downstairs while the rest are upstairs. If I had teenagers, this would have been awesome. However, I have little ones so we were a bit nervous having them out of earshot. (Turned out to be fine.)

Grandby

Great location from Rocky Mountain National Park. We went to RMNP twice and spent time hiking and then returned to Grandby. Condo was large and clean. Would stay again.
