Dinostratus House is a small, self service apart-hotel in the heart of Athens. With eight modern, high-end studio apartments, we serve travelers for both leisure and business. Our location is in a very friendly neighborhood, close to Acropolis and the Temple of Olympian Zeus, with great infrastructure. Great, local restaurants, cafe’s, shops are around. Sygrou Fix and Acropolis metro stations are within 6-7 minutes walk. All apartments feature with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable queen size bed, roller blinds, mosquito nets on all windows and air conditioning.

All apartments are air conditioned and smoke-free.

Why they chose this property

With Dinostratus House we tried to create something new: You won't stay in an apartment in a residential building, nor in a hotel with dozens or hundreds of rooms with a front desk. We built our small Apart-hotel dedicated to independent travelers seeking exceptional price-value ratio and are happy without personnel present 24/7, but available via phone or email. We're walking distance from Syntagma, Acropolis and most sights. Surrounded with local cafe's, restaurants, supermarkets and nice residents.

What makes this property unique

We tried to bring warm atmosphere into our studios. Comfortable but also good looking furnishing, wooden floors, modern and usable spaces. Last, but not least, friendly and able staff. :)
