We really enjoyed our stay! The home was perfect for our big group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Great location with beautiful views of Bear Lake.

We loved the view of the house. We loved the deck. The kitchen was very well stocked complete with mixed and air fryer. The hot tub and private beach access is a 7 minute drive or 45 minute walk.

Beautiful property, newer home. Stocked with anything you might need. Just realize that the 4th bedroom has bunk beds only. We had 4 sets of adults and 1 of them had to sleep in bunks. Somehow I did not realize this.

Great home. Great location.

It was very close to the Ideal Beach Resort. My family and I enjoyed playing tennis there and the kids loved the beach and playgrounds. It is close to the Pickleville Playhouse and near Garden City. I am a runner and loved running the hilly dirt roads in the neighborhood every morning. The arcade games were a nice touch and the views on the balcony were savored every morning. Clean and well stocked. I hope to come back next year.

The arcade games were a great hit with the grandkids! The private beach and pool are quite nice, but not within walking distance. You do need to drive about 8 minutes in and out from house each time.

VERY Uncomfortable & Pretty

The home is spacious, beautiful with stunning views but VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!! The couches upstairs are cheap, falling apart and hard to sit on. That is supposed to be where the adults can relax but trust me, you can't. Also, all of the beds are cheap with cheap bedding and Walmart pillows. No one in our party was able to get a good night's sleep. We left one night early because we could not rest. The beds downstairs squeak and are cheap. There was no coffee! The toilet paper felt like and sandpaper which is the last thing that you want to use on your bottom after sitting on the beach. The home is large and needs two AC units. There is a drastic difference between upstairs and down. You may want to bring a heater for the lower floor. We do love to proximity to the beach the, the views and the home was very clean. For the amount of money that we spent for this house, I would expect to relax and get good sleep in a more comfortable home.

Hi Aundrea, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: - We stock Angel Soft 2 Ply toilet paper brand in the home - Most home furnishings were purchased through Ashley’s Furniture and Wayfair - Throw pillows, extra blankets for every bed, and some other misc decor, household, and kitchen items were purchased from Target, Walmart, and Amazon - All of the full size and king-sized beds have 100% cotton sheets on them - Based on your feedback, we have purchased 8 additional sets of 100% cotton sheets for the twin beds - We will also take your suggestions regarding supplying coffee instead of just the coffee maker and filters - We and our cleaners have been working hard to make sure this home is the perfect getaway and we appreciate your feedback very much Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!

Awesome House!

The house was wonderful! This house was a lovely newer home with all the amenities one could possibly need. The children enjoyed the lower level and the adults appreciated the first floor. We loved the open floor plan. Beautiful views! The town was great and we found a lot to do. The kids (10-16) loved Bridgerland Adventure Park and found lots to do at Ideal Beach Resort. Thanks for having us!

Loved everything about this place, especially the views.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, etc. The only hiccup was that the neighborhood HOA was supposed to keep the side streets to the house plowed of snow, and they must have overlooked it. We had to park in a neighbor's drive 200ft away after another neighbor said they were out of town. When we inquired about it to the owner, they quickly contacted the HOA and got someone out there, but the plowing didn't work. There was, I guess, too much ice build up. Overall, great place, and we would definitely stay there again.

A little piece of Heaven on Earth!

We felt this property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, nice furnishings and the decor was perfect for a beach house! The only suggestions we might have for future use would be a griddle for pancakes, a couple large mixing bowls and either you provide tin foil, saran wrap and Ziploc bags or suggest your guest bring their own for their needs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again!!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with our family.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was as advertised. The location was great, with a nice view over the lake. Access to the Ideal Beach Resort was a great addition. The stay could have been better for us to have additional seating on the deck with a more sturdy table on the deck for eating outside. With such pretty views, it just would have been nice to have additional gathering space on the deck itself.
