The best things come in small packages! If the very idea of a chic coastal getaway appeals to you, book me! Think of waking to a breath taking sunrise, birds chirping, and a soothing breeze off the marsh! Stop thinking and book me! A cozy 320 sq ft heated/cooling space with a million dollar view. Wifi and satellite tv included. A queen bed in the studio area. The space is equipped with a Keurig, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove top, and dishwasher. Also comes with pots, pans, silverware, and utensils.
The bathroom consists of a shower, tub, vanity, sink, and toilet. An egg chair, rattan chair, and a table with two chairs. There are 2 other tiny houses well spaced out on property.

Beautiful setting, everything you need inside, not a private location, another small "cabin" behind it sharing the yard area and very close. A second cabin within sight of this one, all three using the same driveway.

Im sorry Ann but it's as advertised! There was 15 other guests that found that to be the case. In fact no one occupied the small cabin nearby so it should not have been an issue at all. Thank you for admiring the beauty thats 5 stars alone and the following: "I’m here everything looks fine, thank you for sending codes early " I sure didn't gather that you arrived and it was not as advertised.... Best of wishes!

Great overnight getaway for me and my hubby! Close to the beaches, history and wildlife. Highly recommend.A little more shelf area and hooks in the shower and bathroom, as well as a plastic shower curtain would be appreciated. Also, bathroom vent would be a big plus. MINOR requests, compared to MAJOR amenities in this tiny house.LOVED the swing and seating by the marsh. Enjoyed the critters in the backyard - egrets, marsh rabbits, deer and fabulous native plants.Minutes from good food, parks, and markets!CHEERS!!! :)

This was our 3rd stay and we loved every minute of it. Donelle is the perfect host and as usual, nothing was amiss. Would wholeheartedly recommend staying in her lovely properties to anyone looking for a tranquil location with nothing to interrupt the peaceful sounds and sights of nature. Will 100% be back again!

Amazing!

Very, relaxing environment! We enjoyed the privacy of sitting by the marsh, use of fire pit and grilling out. The State Park pass was perfect! It’s perfect for a romantic getaway - we loved it and will be back!

Just what we needed....and more

Perfectly off the beaten path this property offered the tranquility we sought with EVERY comfort of home. Conveniently located in the low country w short driving access to beaches, tidal rivers and great eateries. The host is extremely thoughtful and communicates incredibly well. Highly recommend this stay.

Southern hospitality at it's finest

Above and beyond as far as communication and hospitality. You couldn't ask for more. Beautiful and quiet location. I hope I can find the time to come back and stay again. Terrific host!

A little peace of heaven

This place is a little peace of heaven! We wanted a quiet place to spend our honeymoon. And that's exactly what we got. The Tiny house was so cute,comfy and very clean. The property has so many lively oak trees with the moss hanging down. (Its just gorgeous) Donelle,made us feel welcome, from the sign welcoming us to the little gifts she left us. She even provided us with a pass to Hunting Island Park, which was amazing to start our trip off. It was the first time me and my husband ever been to a beach. But the best part of our trip was just enjoying the property. We cooked out on the grill, (which she had charcoal there for us to use)and just enjoyed hearing the nature around us.There is a swing in one of the trees so you can swing your cares away. There are many different areas to sit and enjoy the marsh, and listen to the animals. In the morning watching the sun rise overthe marsh was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. But there are so many great things I could say about this place. If anyone is looking for a quiet, relaxing, place to stay, This is the place for you... We will differently be back.

We loved our stay on the marsh at St Helena!! We enjoyed the morning sunrise over the marsh as we enjoyed our coffee. We took full advantage of the kitchen. The home was very clean and we slept comfortably. We hope to visit again soon!!

Perfect!

I’m not even sure how to start. Property owners were excellent with communication. When we first arrived we were so excited about how cute the outside was. Then we walked in to the immaculately clean house. This little place was a perfect for what we needed. It was so comfortable inside and out. Very private. I really enjoyed sitting outside watching the sunrise and the birds in the mornings and listening to all the tree frogs and other critters in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a quiet getaway.
