Welcome to your home away from home! This immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with full kitchen is truly ski in ski out! You are steps from your first run down to two lifts. Take the Morrisey lift up and ski the many cruising runs Morrisey has to offer. Take the brand new Orient lift up and its a quick ski right down into Sun Peaks village. After your ski day, relax by the fireplace or soak in the outdoor hot tub with mountain view. Not a skier? Try Sun Peaks in summer or fall and enjoy the excellent golf course, hiking or mountain biking! SUP and kayak rentals on nearby Heffley Lake as well.
The unit includes one parking space, laundry facilities, TV in every room and wifi included.

We have a wonderful stay at Cass Mimosa! The condo was perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, very quiet and only a 15 minute walk down a beautiful pathway to the village. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics for our stay. Miriam was a terrific host. She was responsive and helpful. Overall a 10/10 stay! Thank you Miriam.

Kicking off Christmas

Casa Mimosa was, simply, excellent. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. We rent frequently on vacations and this was among the best. The condo has everything you could need in the kitchen, including crock pot which made it easy to have lunch ready while we were all out skiing. The location is literally ‘a stone’s throw’ from 2 chair lifts. It’s in a quiet complex, with comfy beds and relaxing space to unwind each day. We loved the SunPeaks resort as a whole. Many options for restaurants and during the Christmas season, many extra activities like Caroling and Santa ski and more. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Great location and fully stocked

We had a great time here with our 2 teenage children. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes, and the fully loaded kitchen meant we could save on meals. Make sure and shop for groceries in Kamloops on the way up, the Sun Peaks grocery store isn’t that big.

Comfy condo

The condo owner is wonderful to deal with to ensure when you are staying in the condo it feels like a home vs a rental. Kitchen is well stocked and everything you need to have a wonderful stay.

Great Get-away.

1st time at Sun Peaks in July and the accommodations for 4 were just what we were looking for. Quiet area, kitchen well stocked, even had extra spices and condiments that we didn’t have to take with us. Miriam was more than helpful with directions,, instructions and questions that needed answering. I think this would be a great place to stay in the winter, so accessible for skiing enthusiasts. Beautiful golf course at Sun Peaks. Thank you Miriam for making our stay at your condo so enjoyable. Definitely a thumbs up place to stay.

Spring skiing getaway!

My family and I enjoyed some Spring skiing at Sun Peaks in late March 2022. The property owner Miriam was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Her condo was clean and easily accommodates a family of 5 (pull out sofa with the mattress topper was very comfortable). A few steps out the front door provides access to the East village ski way which takes us down to the orient chair lift.

One of the Best places I have stayed at

The host is very thoughtful and responds to your messages immediately. The condo is spacious and very clean with comfortable furniture. If we were to visit Sun Peaks again this condo would be our first choice.

Perfect host

We had a great stay in sunpeaks. The host was awesome , very comfortable beds . Everything we needed to make great food , the bbq and hot tub are a must.

I am an avid skier and Sun Peaks has been my favorite ski destination for years! I was in Sun Peaks with my kids 5 years ago and decided to put out some feelers and talk to a real estate agent. The good karma just kept happening - the perfect property came up, I made some great friends and in two months the deal was done! I love spending time in my mountain home. When I am away I am delighted to share it with you! I sometimes can't believe my good fortune and am excited to introduce others to this magical place:)

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I specifically wanted two bedrooms and two baths and a full kitchen. While SP has many fantastic eateries, being able to prepare at least some meals in a fully stocked kitchen is a great cost saver. I also was determined to find true ski in - ski out. The new Orient lift has really opened up this end of the community - and future developments are planned to add ski terrain in the next 5-10 years!
