Fabulous beachfront 2 Bedroom Condo in the middle of the action

2 Bedroom 2 full bath condo unit in the Grand Victorian. Can sleep 9 in beds! Master Bedroom has sleeping for 4.- 1 King and 1 queen size bed , 1 queen a bunk bed nd trundle bed in the second bedroom (sleeps 5). The condo is set up for 9 to sleep comfortably and a great deal for larger families! Central heat and a/c, Washer/Dryer, hairdryer in bath. Kitchen fully equipped with coffee maker, and dishwasher. Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in the parking lot down the street. This is typical in this building.

This condo is on the beach next to Palace Playland, The World Famous Old Orchard Pier and other local businesses. This is home to fantastic foods, exciting entertainment venues, and super shopping boutiques! Extending more than four hundred feet into the Atlantic Ocean from the heart of Old Orchard Beach, the Pier offers daily entertainment in its many Nightclubs, great-tasting foods and local cuisines in several Restaurants, fine gifts and novelty shopping, and Watercraft rentals for those seeking adventure on the high seas!

Check in and check out very good, staff were excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Bring pillows, other than that I would highly recommend a stay.

Annual Family Vacation

The location is amazing, right on the beach and everything is a short walk. We went with our adult children and there was something for everyone. The condo was beautiful with plenty of room for all of us. My only issues were the toilets weren’t clean, they don’t make the beds up, and there was one flat standard size pillow for each person, so bring your own pillows. Other than those small things, it was wonderful!

The accommodations were beyond incredible. Clean and the unit was loaded to the max with amenities and conveniences. The owner thought of everything!

Great place, no big issues

We have stayed at the Grand Victorian for summer vacation the last 12 or more years. The unit was clean and as advertised. 2nd floor on quieter side allows easy access to car/beach. Only small critique would be sparse linens and could not operate 1 TV in master room. Thank you!

The owner was great and responsive.

The location; perfect. The space was well decorated, comfortable and roomy for a 2/2 unit. The kitchen had all the basics needed. Close to everything. We had one issue with the level of cleanliness when we walked through at check in. The owner was gracious and responsive as we shared photos of the unit. She took fast action and accommodated us for the inconvenience.

As close as you can get!

Location was absolutely perfect. Could not have been closer to the beach and the downtown action. One parking spot at the unit, number designated, made it easy to come and go to near by market and walgreens.Condo itself was great. Large kitchen/living area. Plenty of space for families and visitors! Both bathrooms were large and clean. Washer and dryer in the unit was a godsend. Only thing that was a small turn off was the a.c was off when we arrived and unit had a smell. Was also a hot and muggy day. Probably just musty. All in all we had an easy, convenient, and stress free week. My whole family had a wonderful time in this condo!

Felt like being on a resort being in the heart of all the action. Condo was as close as you can get!

Checking in was smooth/easy. Bill was awesome! All staff was friendly and pleasant. Bill was always there to help w/ our stroller or wagon as the lift was broken in lobby. Overall the condo was prime location, decorated nicely and it served it's purpose.When looking more intently at our home for the week I felt a bit disappointed in the little but crucial and important things.The bedroom balcony door didn't lock, I did reach out to Jackie who was very quick with responding and told us she'd reach out to management for someone to take a look. A couple days and she mentioned someone may be coming by and she'd let us know when they'd be in touch with us. After that I heard nothing else about it and as far as I am aware no one came.I was surprised of the lack of cleanliness/sanitation upon arrival. We bought lysol wipes to sanitize the bathroom surfaces. Bathroom had stains on floor by toilet, the sink had rings maybe coffee or rust not sure. The one bathroom with a bathtub to bathe my 2 year old son didn't have a drain plug and wouldn't hold water unless i put a washcloth stuffed inside the drain. Also the towel bar on shower door is broken off and sharp and moldy, I scraped my arm on it while showering. Towels- stained and ripped. Oven mitts/ pans dirty/worn. Pillows had blood stains and the sheets were "clean" but blood stains. Fridge shelves were broken. For thr amount of money we paid for the week I expect better quality and sanitation. Besides that facility was great

Right on the beach!

Overall this unit is nice but needs to be cleaned! We spent the first day scrubbing the bathrooms and vacuuming (vacuum only works in hard floors and not carpet) and sweeping sand up from everywhere. This is the nicest building in the area but it’s still noisy late into the he night. You can’t get any closer to the beach!!

Fabulous vacation

The location of this condo was perfect for our group of all ages. The owner of the property was AMAZING!! She communicated with us throughout our stay and even replaced the broken coffee pot. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect Long Weekend

Sisters/Daughters long weekend. Jacki was very prompt in responding to questions. We were able to rent for a long weekend vs a week due to time of year. It was perfect for 6 of us. Ample sleeping and two bathrooms was a must. The beach and pier were steps away! The onsite managers were all very nice. The only room for improvement would be (1) the place seemed a little dusty as it may not have been used for a while, (2) the toilets were touchy ... needed to reposition the flap after every flush, and (3) could have used a few more basics stocked such as dish towels (drying) and hand towels in bathroom. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were excellent. Nice to sit on deck. Deck and bedrooms faced a parking lot and it got just a little noisy at night. Overall A GREAT PLACE and LOCATION. Would definitely stay here again.
