I don't have anything negative to say about our stay here! The place was nice and clean, we had what we needed...hosts were friendly and not overbearing...the views were even better than the photos. Thanks so much for our wonderful stay, hope to be back one day :)

Nice, quiet villa with great views.

We enjoyed our two weeks at this villa. It lists a private pool, leading us to think it was a stand alone villa when in fact there are three villas on the property sharing the pool. However, the property was very clean with very prompt and responsive owners. View is fantastic. The kitchen needs more dishes and utensils, but overall, it was a very nice stay.

First trip to St Lucia

As a first trip to St Lucia the condo was very well appointed with everything i needed. The property was extremely clean and very quiet. If your looking for a place to relax, I’d highly recommend the property

Awesome Villa

Fantastic place to stay. Accurate description given. It was so nice to stay somewhere the was immaculate and clean. I felt very comfortable ( I hate dirt and germs)! The villa feels very fresh and new and the decor inside and out was well thought out. Lots of places to enjoy. Our villa hard a real outdoor sitting area and table which was perfect for playing cards. The infinity pool was amazing and refreshing. No complaints at all and would highly recommend this place to stay.

Tidy Oasis

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Ocean Crest Villa. It was very clean, well appointed and quiet. Hosts were excellent and obviously care for their property and guests. The pool was beautiful and relaxing to watch the ships and life going by from the hillside. Having Anthony and his team to taxi us around to grocery and our destinations nearby was such a helpful bonus and something we were relieved to not have to figure out in our own. The only bummers were very loud drunk Americans that stayed at the pool from early am on the last couple days we were there and ruined the peacefulness we had experienced up to that point.

Perfect Getaway!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the villas. The property is well maintained and very clean. There are three villas on the property, so you may be sharing the pool area with others. There are plenty of chairs and space to hang out in that area, so it is not inconvenient. The host was very helpful throughout the process and check in was easy. If you are planning to drive on the island be prepared because the road to the property is at a sharp turn with a steep incline. There is parking for each villa that you will need to back into; it can be tricky. The property is gated so there is privacy and security. Be sure to lock the gate as you come and go. The villa itself is well decorated and comfortable with smart tvs in each room. The wi-fi worked great! There is a fully functional kitchen if you plan to cook or if you eat leftovers for breakfast like us. The bathrooms are nice with towels and toilet paper provided. There are individual AC units in each bedroom as well as a fan. The living room area does not have a AC unit, but there is fan. It can get hot in there, but open some windows and turn on the fan and it is comfortable. The biggest selling point of this property is the view. It is gorgeous!!! Downside-The beach is in walking distance if you are willing to HIKE. There was no clear path and the only beach we found was near the airport. Otherwise, this place is perfect!!!!!!! I highly recommend it.

Lovely villa with great views of Castries harbour.

The villa was beautiful. It was very well decorated and furnished, clean and well kept. It was well secured too. We enjoyed using the infinity pool. The view of the port from the pool and our balcony was great! We had friends staying in the villa downstairs and the property was perfect for getting together, with plenty of outdoor space. We walked into Castries once but did not repeat the experience as the road was not particularly pleasant to walk. We also went down to La Toc beach but could not swim as there was a red flag that day. The beach seems largely taken over by the Sandals resort. We ended up taking taxis far more frequently than we had anticipated which we had not necessarily factored in to the cost. Having said this, Anthony’s taxi service was absolutely excellent in every way. We would have used them to transfer us from the airport on arrival but were not aware it was an option and we made alternative arrangements. Castries is a good location for touring to the north and the south. Karen and Chris were very helpful and friendly. They live upstairs and were around and about if we needed anything.

Excellent

This place does not disappoint! The pictures are spot on and the view is even more stunning in real life. Should we ever return to St. Lucia we would absolutely stay at this location again. Here are the pros and cons of this property. Pros: View - Stunning! It is so fun to watch the ships coming and going. You also will get to see some beautiful sunrises. Pool - Excellent! Some days we just hung out at the pool. Karen even gave us some pool floats which made it even more perfect. There are plenty of chairs and places to soak up the sun. Owners - Karen always replied in a timely manner to my emails before we even got there. We met her husband while at the property and he was also helpful and kind. Cons Pool - While the pool itself is fabulous you are sharing it with the 2 other condos that are on site. While this was not a big deal it would have been nice to know that going in. Water - Again not a huge deal but the water pressure went from great to nonexistent in a heartbeat as did the hot water. Location - This is not something that the owners can do anything about BUT if you are planning to rent a car just know that the roads are twisty with steep grades. It takes longer than you think to get anywhere.

Comfortable and clean

We had a nice week long stay at Ocean Villas #1. The host's partner met us upon checking in and provided keys and remote for the alarm. the driveway is a little steep and pulling out to the main road is a bit of a blind spot, but it was manageable. We initially got lost using google maps when trying to get there the first time, so my recommendation is to follow the blue line not the step by step commands (google can't tell the difference between a curve in the road and a real turn). Do your research as to which activities you want to partake in and pick your location based on that - or just be prepared to drive. The road to hike Gros Piton was closed so we had to go the long way around so a 80 minute drive turned into almost 95-100. Also, distance may not seem far, but if you're renting a car you'll be driving through lots of tight roads in the towns and curvy mountain roads with lots of pot holes, so if you're mostly wanting to do things in the south, this may not be the place for you. From this location we were about 20 minutes away from Marigot Bay, 25 minutes away from Rodney Bay, and about 50 minutes (with traffic to Pigeon Island - normally shorter but there was traffic to and from). This VRBO had a kitchen with plates/utensils but very minimal cooking essentials (they had coffee and salt, aluminum foil and maybe flour but didn't see anything else). So if you plan on cooking you'll need to stock up on some essentials. I should have read the description better, but the bathroom didn't come with shampoo and conditioner so that's my fault for not reading that - but putting in my review because I read reviews more closely than listing and maybe someone else does as well. Towels are provided and there were 4 pools towels also onsite. There was a washer and dryer in unit so we were able to wash them as needed. Overall, really enjoyed the place and felt safe the entire time. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay mostly on the North side of the island or who doesn't mind a jungle road drive daily.
