This property was perfect in location, accomodation, and spaciousness. Very quiet and private and perfectly relaxing after a day of the beach & boardwalk. Very short, clean, safe walk to beach access and only a few minutes drive to Shops/restaurants etc.

Fenced in backyard was very nice however we could not leave oir dogs alone in the fenced yard as there was gaps under the fence where i dogs could get out. They tried to get out under the fence several times but we were able to stop them.

This is a lovely pet friendly home that I would definitely recommend and I would stay at again. It’s open and airy, plenty of room for all guests and up to date. The master bedroom and bath is on the main level with the two additional bedrooms and bath upstairs with a loft style living space as well. That being said, it is a rental and it does have normal wear and tear and renter abuse, no fault to the owner. Pros: Open floor plan; comfortable beds, fenced in yard for pets, nice neighborhood; convenient to the beach, shops, dining, etc. Cons: Parking is tight even for two cars; the entry door sticks so you have to have a little grip and shoulder strength to jiggle and shove your way in; the floors were pretty sandy/dirty upon arrival so I don’t recommend walking around barefoot or in socks (there is a broom and vacuum in the laundry room thankfully); the ice maker in the fridge was frozen solid so that did not work; we didn’t use it but the oven was dirty; the patio screen door is ripped on the top and bottom; the patio lights do not work so the back yard is pitch black (bring a flashlight); the upstairs shower doesn’t drain. Overall, it’s a great pet friendly option for the area.

House size was ok. But house was extremely Dirty and poorly stocked with necessities like garbage bags, salt ,pepper etc. all the walls are very dirty and the drains still had hair and pubic hair in them. The floors were so dirty you had to wear socks or shoes the whole time. Piles of dog hair under the beds appears they haven’t been cleaned in a long time! May wife finally had enough and went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean the floors, counter tops etc..

Everything was great overall. My only problems were dog hair all over the couches, And the screens to the back sliding door were ripped open as if someone fell through them. Othere than that ots a great location and community.. i would stay again and recommend

Say Hi experience.

I was very impressed with the house and its location. I enjoy the south end of Myrtle Beach. We had planned on taking our dogs, 12 yr and 14 mths old black labs, but that didn’t work out. The backyard would have been perfect for them. Will definitely rent again if we end up coming back and bringing them. I had some questions about check out procedure and the number I text was very prompt about getting back to me. The location of the house was perfect for us. Close to everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved the location of the house. Centrally located to everything. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Say Hi! The location was perfect — just a quick stroll to the beach and super close to the courses. The fenced yard was a lifesaver for the pups, and the house had plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax. It felt like our own little home by the coast, and we’d stay again.

Great for family.

Property was very nice, nothing fancy, but in good location. there was 5 of us total, but lots of common area, nice fenced in backyard. Only issues was driveway a little had to turn around in. will fit 3 cars but you would have to back out or back in. Refrigerator nice but right hand door had a big squeak. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Great location and space

The location, space and layout were great! The cleanliness was not very good. The house smelled of smoke (likely drafting from the garage). We had to wash dishes before using because they were visibly dirty. The walls were very dirty. Lots of bug bites after sleeping in beds. There also could stand to be extra pillow cases. There were extra pillows but no cases so only one very flat pillow per person was available. With a little bit of clean up this could be a great property

Pros: Decent location House has functional family layout with decent comfort Price was average Cons: disgusting in as much as thorough cleanliness is concerned! We covered the sofa's before we sat on them. They were disgusting, food remnants everywhere. Finger nail clippers, used napkins, etc.... Cookware unusable Dining room table- utterly discusting !! No pets allowed but piles of dog doo in the fenced in back yard Trash cans full to the top of someone elses waste, had to drive 30 minutes several times to discard our own trash No tvs n rooms. 1 tv n each living room, ROKU only.

Wouldn’t book again

The property was fine and listing was accurate however the place was very dirty. From sand on the couches, hair in the countertops and the upstairs bathroom wasn’t even clean and it was clogged (my husband had it fix it). The blue couch was broken and don’t even get me started that we weren’t able to check in until 7pm because someone was in the house “cleaning”. That was the most annoying thing since at the time of booking the listing said that check in was at 3pm NOT 4 HOURS LATER 🙄 Also someone from maintenance came the day before we were scheduled the leave to fix the bathroom, why even bother 3 days later 🙄 I could look pass the dirty house if the didn’t make us wait until 7pm to check in just for a filthy house. Btw I saw someone else review that there were rose petals under the master bed fyi there still there 😂

Memorial Day Weekend Baseball Tourney Family Getaway!

We stayed at this vacation rental during Memorial Day weekend while my nephew participated in the Cal Ripken Baseball Tournament! The location was quite good, although we faced issues with many roads being blocked. It was also Bike Week and there were many road blocks. We became well verse on how to navigate around and able to move gates!The house matched the description perfectly. However, the cleanliness was terrible. It appeared that the previous rental wasn’t cleaned properly – we found rose petals under the bed and sofa cushions, the oven was filthy, and there were roaches on the kitchen counter and in the upstairs bathroom. This made our child afraid to use the bathroom. Additionally, we lost power upstairs on the last day, but assistance was provided promptly after we called. Another issue we encountered was at check-in. We couldn’t enter the house because the access code didn’t work. Fortunately, we reached the after-hours number and were eventually able to get in. Overall, while the location and house itself were as expected, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were significant drawbacks.

HOUSE NOT CLEAN,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

When we arrived, the house was not clean at all,the trashcans were over full of trash from past guest,we found wax all over a night stand, stains,dirt and trash on beds/beds spread,mold dew on coffe maker with a used filter full of mold,holes on walls,we tried to contact them , did not had any luck till probably the 2nd day we stay there,we drove twice to office at time of check inn the passcode for the door they gave us was wrong,they have 2 numbers and couple of emails for us to reach out to them i called over 20 times while we were there i email them too ,i only had luck once,they said they will come to pick up the trash and refund me for the cleaning service but they DID NOT. OVERAL THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE .

Nice house, but...

The house is new and conveniently located near the beach. We spent a pleasant week in family. However, the cleanliness was not okay at all. Besides, probably due to the spring break holiday period, the neighborhood was quite noisy.

Close to beach, nice and quiet, but short on basic supplies

This property does not provide hand towels, paper towel, dish soap, sponges, pot towels, salt, pepper, coffee etc. Unlike the other properties we have rented in Myrtle Beach for this property you have to bring absolutely everything. But the position is nice - close to the beach and nice and quiet.
