The main part of the house has an open living, dining, kitchen area all with views of the Gulf of Mexico. From these areas you have access to the Master Bedroom and Bath, a second bedroom, a shared full bath with laundry area. A flight of stairs leads you up to "the lookout" or loft that is the perfect spot for reading a book or taking an afternoon nap.

Just off the kitchen and living room is a huge open deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the private pool. You’ll find ample covered space to relax out of the sun. Exterior access to the third bedroom and bath.

When it is time to go down to the beach you have a boardwalk that leads you from just past the house all the way to the sand.

Since this property sits on its own gravel driveway, those coming with a boat or larger vehicles will have no problem finding extra space for parking.

Not to for from beach a little hard to get down the hill to beach but beach was very nice and not crowded we had a great time would definitely stay again

Mother in law suite

Need to explain where mother in law suite is located. Didn’t know if they went upstairs had to go outside. The pool area wasn’t organized and wish the pool had been vacuumed during our stay. There is no light in pool. There is no gulf view. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. Looks nasty inside. We didn’t use it.

Great place to stay just wish we would have known the motherinlaw suite didnt have a place to sit and that the beach boardwalk would of had a ramp instead of steps. Otherwise it was great. Beautiful home.

I would stay again

The area is magical, I can't wait to go back. The house is comfortable with plenty of room. Comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool was small but great for the kids, the walk to the beach is quick and easy. The beach is perfect.bthe check in and out process is easy. The issues that we did have with the property were minor, some were fixed others not. Which was fine, none were a big deal. I did find it odd that there was no response to our concerns. No email or phone call except the one that told us the maintenance guy would be there in 10 minutes. I'd stay again, all and all a pleasant experience.
